Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Cleveland

Edited We went back a week later and the AC is still not fixed!! Looking thru other reviews it has apparently been out for over a month now. This is horrifying to me. No excuse at all. The food tonight was just ok but the staff somehow still being the smiles. FIX THE AC and I'll give back the stars!

My family decided we wanted Jersey Mike's for supper tonight. I asked to dine in as I love the cream soda and wanted to get the most bang for my buck by getting refill before we left. The 2 girls working were great! Both had wonderful attitudes while my family of 6 ordered and proceed to hunker down to eat. We all noticed though as soon as we walked in at how warm it was in the building. More than once during our hour long visit I heard other customers come in and comment on how hot it was and asked the girls why. They said the AC was down. I don't understand how they were able to work under those conditions and keep such great smiles in their faces. Fix the freaking AC!!!! Honestly if it had been cooler in there I would have gladly rated 5 stars. What kind of owner wants there employees to be as uncomfortable (actually more so as they were working hard) than the customer. And what kind of restaurant owner wants their customers sweating while trying to enjoy their meal. Not...

So I left a bad review once before for this location and here I am again.Cant find the other review but it was for the same sandwich and the bread being so hard I couldn't eat most of it.I ordered the same sandwich this afternoon,the reg big kahuna philly no jalapenos add chipotle mayo but they didn't add the mayo.I was hungry again tonight and for some reason didn't feel like cooking all day so I decided to go back and get another reg big kahuna because I was left unsatisfied with the first not being correct and figured they couldn't mess it up again.I was wrong, This time there were no mushrooms, no chipotle mayo, and the bread wasn't toasted.I did order 3 sandwiches at like 20 mins till closing,2 for family, but still it should have been right.If you want to clock out mentally at 8:40 then you should clock out physically at 8:40 as well.It was too late to go back and have them remake it so I ate it but it just wasn't how I like it or what I ordered.I ordered 4 sandwiches today and only 2 were correct.Thats not okay for the price.I don't think I'll be back to this location, at least not for a long time, which sucks because I eat Jersey Mike's often and enjoy it when...

I didn't hate it but I didn't love it. Let me set the scene. We walk in and the middle of the small dining area is soaking wet with a mop bucket catching ?!water?! dripping from the ceiling where there are several ceiling tiles missing or destroyed from water damage. Stuff breaks. Things happen, I guess. We get to the front, and the guy slicing the meat and taking our order is kind of a jerk. Not completely but extremely curt and to the point. I would understand if he was super busy, but it seemed like he was doing a lot of rushing around, but nothing was really getting done. Oh, well. We order 2 subs and 2 bags of chips and share a drink. Mine was a mushroom Philly, she got a tuna sub. IT WAS NEARLY $40! Better bring your wallet. And...
