Food and coffee is amazing - the only reason I took away a star is because I’m charged incorrect prices every time. The other day the girl told the guy working not to charge me for the oat milk because it’s a Carmel latte that I order and he charged me for it again the very next day. I also can see back on my cards that I have used to pay that I am always charged different prices for the same drink. Maybe we should talk to our employees and just get on the same page about how much lattes are and if we need to charge someone an additional 80 cents to change regular milk to oat milk. Another thing is that it ends up being more than what I pay for it at Starbucks and that’s why I was trying to get away from Starbucks-- to spend less! I love the logo and the meaning behind it and that it’s a Christian coffee shop. I love feeling like I’m supporting something good and that has the same morals and values as myself. Upon entering I was a little surprised to see a wall full of booths that are more commonly found at a casual restaurant, pub, or diner. Despite this most of them were full and when I did sit in one offer a cushy seating experience. I like this place as it offered a different and unexpected atmosphere than I'm used to from the now very run of th mill coffee or tea shops you'll find in most downtowns in any city or town. My only complaint was that my barista was stuck, both taking orders and concocting the orders. It caused the wait time to be a bit longer than I like. Still was...
