Manager named Rita thought it was ok to not give customers all change that was due. My order is always $4.38 and should get back 62 cents. I began noticing that I was not getting no pennies in my cup holder I throw my change in after my purchase so I waited until the next morning and sure enough only received 60 cents from Rita after giving her a 5 dollar bill. I told her I was tired of getting cheated out of 2 cents each day and asked her for a manager and she told me she was the manager. I then informed her she better than anyone should know if something should go in a parties favor it should go to the customers favor not the stores favor. She laughed and asked if I wanted my 2 cents. This is not about the money but her ignorance of not knowing how to treat customers and the lack of talent McDonald's has in their management staff. I have called Smith Management which is owners of 11 different McDonald's in this area and no return call as of yet. As I want to make clear I didnt pay attention to change I was given for months each morning but when I did notice after I pulled off from back drive thru window my change was already in cup holder so I figure Id wait till next day and just show her what she did and she laughed because I wanted all of my change. I guess she thinks it is better to just give customers their 60 cents instead of 62 cents as owed. Shame on other McDonald's managers at the restaurant for not doing something about this when her register was over everyday. When I was a kid and worked there management would get on to you for being over or under with the money in your teel, same rules...
Read moreOrdered a regular cheeseburger through the mobile app. When I arrived the burger was made incorrectly. It had four dots of mustard, the meat and cheese itself was flipped upside down, no onions, and the bread was dry and crumbling. I was baffled at the fact that this was a simple menu item that I was sure they couldn't mess up. I asked could they remake the burger the way it was ordered and they proceeded to give me the same burger with onions thrown all over it. In which, I opened the wrapper and onions fell out of the sandwhich. Still the burger was missing the standard amount of mustard it was supposed to come with. Finally, I went inside and asked them to make a decent quality cheeseburger with some sort of effort. They proceeded to take the food item I brought into the store to the back (which I hope to goodness they threw away and didn't resale it to an unknowing customer) and made me a new sandwhich. The explanation they provided me was because my pick up order was placed 10 minutes ago that it dried up. I can take that reasoning for the bread but the meat and cheese can't flip itself upside down, the mustard can't insufficiently apply itself and the onions that weren't on the sandwhich can't just go missing from sitting there under a lamp. I'm thankful they remade the sandwhich twice, but it's unfortunate the food quality is so terrible that it had to be remade once. And honestly I'm sure I'm expecting way to much from this particular McDonald's, but my hopes were that they couldn't possibly mess up an order as simple as a...
Read moreOn Sunday afternoon on April 7th, We got two #1’s, one with bacon, from the drive thru for my daughters. We checked the bag to make sure our order was correct (as we always do). There was two Big Mac boxes and two fries, so we drive home and the girls open their food, and one immediately yells GROSS!! How about they gave us 1 Big Mac with bacon, and one mushroom and onion Swiss burger that was in a Big Mac box. My wife calls and speaks to manager who said they would give us another Big Mac next time we came in, she said Uh No my husband is on his way right now, so you can fix this, cause our daughter was still hungry and didn’t want to watch her sis eat her food and not get anything. So I get there and walk in the door with the nasty looking mushroom burger and receipt in hand, I flag down the supervisor, who says she spoke to my wife and will comp the burger, then she goes back to helping with drive thru orders. While I was waiting on my food, there was 2 other people come in with wrong order. After 20 minutes with no food I went back to counter to see what was taking so long, and she asked “did you get your Big Mac? If I’d have had a burger or drink in my hand, I’d have launched it thru the kitchen. I got my burger like 20 seconds later, needless to say I won’t be going back...
