Nunzio's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Cleveland

Terrible service. The stated delivery time was 60 minutes. After 70 minutes I called and they said that the food was on the way. Mind you, my house is 10 minutes from the nunzio's location. 30 minutes later I called them back and canceled my order and they said they would call the driver and let him know. Who shows up about 5 minutes later? The driver... Absolute garbage service. If you State 60 minutes, and you're not going to be even close to it, you need to call your customer.

Additionally, customer service on the phone is non-existent. The people are flat out rude. I used to order from nunzios very regularly, the last two times have been instances like this, there shall not be another time.

The excuse these people give is that they only have one driver. And this doesn't happen at locations that accept doordash. And if you say that doordash costs too much money, charge, more. People pay for service. Service is arguably more important than the product itself. I honestly hope this location shuts down at some point. It would be doing people a good service to not be in...

This is the second time ordering. First experience was okay. Ordered the same thing the second time. Pizza took one hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Pizza was barely warm. The driver forgot my wings. He told me that they would have wings sent out to me in 40 minutes. Seems quite excessive for chicken wings and they are only 8 minutes down the road. One hour later I have still not received the rest of my food that I paid for and the store will not pick up the phone. I will be calling in the morning and demanding a full refund. Do NOT order pizza from here just because they are open late. They will screw you over and rob you. Over an hour for pizza and they never gave me the wings I paid for? That is theft in my book. The service is garbage and the food is mediocre at best. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM NUNZIOS!!!

We placed our order at 12:23 am for a gyro & chicken parm sandwiches. They were suppose to be to us at 1:23 am. I called at 1:35 & 2:00 am asking the girl if she could at least figure out how much longer it would be... Her response along with the other girl in the background was "WE'RE BUSY!!!!!!" nice! Horrible customer service and the food OMG the gyro didn't even come with gyro sauce! How cheap! It would be beyond easy for them to lower their $5 delivery charge and buy some cucumber sauce for the gyros! The bread was so soggy, the meat was horrible & they had the nerve to put bad lettuce on it. The chicken parm sub ... SICK! Looked like they just used the chicken from a TV dinner and threw it on there. No sauce.
