Pic-Nics — Restaurant in Cleveland

I’ve given Pic Nics a few chances, but after what I saw on my last visit, I won’t be back. The bar already has a reputation for being a bit grimy, but things have gotten worse.

What really pushed me over the edge was watching the bartenders constantly leave the bar to go outside and smoke, then walk right back in and go straight to mixing drinks and handling garnishes — without ever washing their hands. It’s not just gross, it’s a major health concern.

To make matters worse, there were stray cats literally walking in and out of the kitchen like they owned the place. I don’t even want to think about how that’s allowed, let alone overlooked.

Between the unsanitary conditions, the unprofessional staff, and the strong smell of mildew coming from the back, I left feeling sick to my stomach. This place needs to be reported to the health department — it’s seriously unsafe.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ When I walked into this local establishment I knew it was going to be a fun time especially when I saw this Christmas tree I am 60 years old and have been a Browns fan all of my life anybody that hangs a hat on top of the tree with the Cleveland Browns hat is definitely a bar I want to hang out in. The bartender Angie just started here a few weeks ago and she was extremely attentive and the service here was impeccable they also have a bar menu and the breaded cod is only 12:49 whether you're a local or a passerby you definitely want to check...

Pre ordered take out for exactly 11pm pre paid cash $14.99 for a burger and fry’s at 7:30pm. Came back at 11pm and was told the cook went home, sorry we will give you a refund of $13.00! Wait a second I paid $14.99, oh they said sorry here’s $2! I’m diabetic and hadn’t eaten in 4 hours and since I didn’t get my food I had to report back to work on an empty stomach for an additional 10 hours!
