Rally's — Restaurant in Cleveland

We all know where this Location is... So let me just write my review,,, Between 3:10 and 3:20 p.m on a busy Saturday 6/7 I was the second car in the line this particular day.. I pulled to the speaker (the automated system) took my order.. so, when I got to the "pay here" window the young lady whome swiped my card told me to pull around to the other drive through side window with NO RECIPT . ..

I get there and im behind 3 cars!!! How sway?? So I waited A GOOD 10-15 Minutes so after that good wait and car concert.. "Breon" (I don't remember if it's 1 n or 2) but the "General Manger" ask me what I ordered, I told her, then she hands me my Luke warm bacconzilla wit hot fries. When I asked her why they have that type of "pull around " system, she said "this the pick up line" .. when I mentioned that the sandwich was Luke warm and then (cuz im not bougie ) I asked her if she had a microwave.. she then criss crossed her arms and said "NO" as of to say "thats above Rally's standard" lol "let me give u this warm sandwich, and IF u ask for HOT ONE im gonna make u go back around through the drive thru ONLY to give u another Luke warm sandwich " lol no Sir, u will not get me wit the "spit sandwich " I know how to count my losses with my 2 napkins and get gone .. lol so I just asked for my receipt (which I KNEW they were gonna hit me with the "we don't have any register receipt paper") but MISS BREON Thank u for wishing me a good day.. :) u KNEW I was going to...

This place needs to shut down immediately.they are very horrible here.Number 1 they play music very loud inside I’m talking about as soon as you pull into the parking lot you can hear the music that’s how loud it is so they can’t hear anybody or anything you say both at the drive thru where u order at and at the window.Number 2 they give u an attitude when u mention to them about the loud music and the long wait.last night I was here at 2 am and the music was on full blast waiting for 20 minutes at the same time another elderly customer was knocking on the window saying she was waiting for 46 minutes and oh my Jesus were they so rude about it.i work at a restaurant and everybody knows customers should always come first.An attitude that reflects a commitment to putting the customer first is important.Address customers with respect and act quickly but politely.and it’s a shame these employees don’t do or have any of this.and after all this the order is always wrong and always cold.and lastly it needs a major cleaning the place is very dirty but to the owner please check your store and your employees.the one from last night didn’t have a care in the world and just kept singing away to the loud music they...
