Rincon Criollo Take 2 — Restaurant in Cleveland

I went to the restaurant on 11/20/21 for lunch with my family from out of town and asked for two alcapurrias, I told the lady that we were going to eat there and to keep adding to the bill until everyone finished ordering, she replied; “NO” you have to pay for this now. I said ok but when I got the food it was cold and hard like cardboard. Not only te service was bad but the food was terrible. I asked if they could give me fresh food and the excuses were coming out so I asked for my money back and they told me that because I paid with my credit card they couldn’t give me my money back. I end up leaving the restaurant upset and embarrassed because I told my family that the food there was good and the service was good. I told the lady that she could take the $5 and give it to the young lady at front for her bad customer service. I never experienced anything like this here before and I hope that the problem get fix. I normally come here all the time. Today I came and normally the portions are a bit bigger. I ordered steak per usual, and it’s usually good. Today it was EXTREMELY DRY, once I complained about it. The lady said that I couldn’t change my meat. Also she started speaking Spanish to the other girl that was there while I was complaining about the meat. We come here often to take out. Normally get exceptional food and service. However the last two times, not so much. Two seperate incidents, this last time potato ball was cold, they forgot to give us beans with the meal, and there was only a small piece of onion with the steak, and no broth/juice. So it was dry when we went to put over our rice. The other time we was asked if we wanted beans on the side or on rice, we said on the side, but we got it over the rice.
