Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

We were looking for a quick service restaurant where we could eat and feed our 10 month old. The lobby of the establishment was very clean, but that's about where any praise stops. They didn't have the promotional items (sliders) although they had ads prominently displayed. They were out of some of the condiments. There were no booster seats nor high chairs for children. The bathrooms were poorly lit and both dirty and smelly. They also did not have diaper changing stations in either bathroom. The clerk, who was the only person working, was hard to understand and not very helpful. She seemed unfazed when other customers were unhappy about the missing items. I would not go back to this establishment again nor would I recommend it to...

I got there about 8 am on a Thursday morning. It was still closed even though the sign said it opened at 7. The doors were locked. When she unlocked them she was still getting ready which was fine as I was still deciding what I wanted but then she only had a couple flat bread and the available and I don't eat either so I just left. She said the other breads wouldn't be ready for an hour and a half. I though the staff or manager at least would be early to make sure the store was fully ready to open. This is just ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would. The old hag that calls herself the owner is VERY rude and racist. Place is dirty they don’t change gloves or knives as they should. Got an attitude when i asked if she could change knifes because she touched an ad display with it trying to point out something to another customer . The hag could have more potential customers as there is an ADULT school and other businesses nearby but many people refuse to even eat there due to her attitude . As money hungry as she is , you’d think she’d treat her paying customers with more respect so they’d come back ....
