DO NOT SPEND YOUR BLACK DOLLARS HERE! Ive never left a negative review but this was unacceptable. I was a first time customer who ordered $100 worth of food to go. When I picked up my order I reviewed the receipt and everything was rang in correctly. When I arrived home I noticed one of my bags was missing an entire cluster of snow crab (I usually check my orders and of course when I didn’t this happens). I called and informed the owner (who also took my order and cashed me out). He took no responsibility told me it was my fault for not checking the stapled bag. He stated it’s company policy that the customer is responsible if the bags made incorrectly, but never encouraged me to check it while taking my money. He then continued with an ignorant statement saying “due to the area the establishment is in, he gets this call over 10 times a day” and bc of that basically didn’t believe me. After going back and forth He said the only way to correct the problem was for me to come back and for them to replace the 1 cluster of crab legs instead of compensating me for the difference of what I paid, and what I received ($20). By this time it was after 9pm and I live over 30 mins away and the restaurant would be closed.That will my first and last time there due to the terrible business and customer service. As well as the ignorant racial comments suggesting black people cannot be trusted and only good enough to take our money. Not to mention the food was bland in flavor and a bit fishy as if not cleaned properly. I Wasn’t able to finish my bag bc of that. Save your time and money. There are Much better establishments than this.

I reserved seating there for my daughter’s ninth birthday dinner, and when I got there I was welcomed but as we sat down to order our food, we realized how cold it was inside of the restaurant after 30 minutes we asked the manager how long was it going to be cold and why was it so cold the manager then stated that the boiler is broken and there’s no heat even still we tried to ignore that and we decided to stay we ordered a lot of food. Our waitress was very rude. We even asked her what was wrong. She threw my nieces food at her after that my father went to the bathroom and there was leaking coming from the ceiling. My daughter went to the women’s bathroom, and there was blood on the toilet seat not to mention once we got our bill we all were billed separately, which was fine by us, but to charge each one of us our own separate tip. How do you manage to tell me how much I have to tip you I spent $159 in this place and for them to turn around and charge me a $20 tip and there’s no heat dirty bathroom poor customer service you have got to be out of your mind, I will never ever patronize this place again not to mention he accused us of trying to walk out on a bill and lock the doors on us until we showed our receipts. Took a chance on trying the restaurant for the first time yesterday to cease my seafood craving. Rated at 4.7 was impressive and I wasn't sure if the restaurant would be busy because of Valentines day. Called the restaurant to see if it was an extreme long wait or out of items but was told that there was no wait and all items were available. I was so happy. I placed an order online for my daughter to pick up at 7:30. We ordered build your own bad with peeled shrimp and lobster for $34.98 and my lobster island for $42.99 (lobster, crab legs, and unpeeled shrimp). I was super impressed. Although I did not get my meal until 8:45 pm (no fault to the restaurant at all, just my slow daughter), my bag crab and shrimp was not overcooked and was still able to crack, lobster cooked perfectly as well. I had 3 corn and 2 potatoes as well and the garlic butter sauce was amazing. Loved the garlic pieces in the sauce, it was the best. I had at least 8 shrimp, a nice size cluster of crab legs and very nice size lobster tail. I have a great appetite, but was very full and pleased with my meal. This is my new favorite go to for seafood bags for sure. Will dine in next time to try the drinks mentioned in...
