Today was my first time ordering from here. I ordered from DoorDash the food looked good and the reviews were also good, so I gave it a go! I got an everything bagel sub bacon for vegan sausage with strawberry jam. My order came I was so hungry and excited to dig in, I opened my order and I had blueberry jam all over my sandwich. I could not eat my order so I called becsuee I was unable to get a refund from DoorDash. I spoke with the manager Ryan who at first I believe thought I was fibbing because the order he read said blueberry, it definitely was understandable because some people do lie about food. He ended up actually being very kind, he was apologetic, caring and did everything to solve the issue. He went above and beyond. He asked me to reorder something lower and would remake my order for me. I did as so, my order came and my sandwich was correct and sooooo good I wish I had two! He also threw in some things for me which he didn’t have to do. He didn’t have to care or go all out but HE DID! He made my first experience go from I’ll never order again to I’ll be back because of Ryan! I love good customer service, and problem solving.Overall I was very satisfied, the only thing I would say is if something is out of stock reach out to the customer not throw anything on because you never know. Thank you Ryan, I will be...

Saw this place the last time I drove down from Detroit and was like that spot look cute and whatevah. Do I added it to the list. I drove down to take photos of the city after getting some new film and after was hungry af so decided to hit wm up. Went in originally thinking g I was gonna do the bacon egg and cheese breakfast Bagel but saw they had a smoked salmon when I arrived and was like OMG😳. (Hige salmon lover here) so I got it instead with the honey walnut schmear, still not sure what it was but It was good lol 🙊. I got a small coffee to go with to help warm my hands. The coffee could had been stronger. It was a tad weak for my taste but the service and food made up. I forgot to order the Oj but it looked good must be local just judging off the packaging. They're only open from 6-1 and the service was pretty speedy. There's a nice table thing you can lean against while you wait not sure if they allow folks to eat I side but most were eating in their cars outside but some outdoor seating could be useful but I can see where that could be a burden. They have a huge assortment of bagels and a decent variety of sandwiches. Even vegan and gluten free options. Definitely recommend. Parking is easy and they...

Amazing bagels and service - we drove 5 hours from Canada to try these Bagels and certainly we're not disappointed.. Zack and his team were amazing - it is not their policy but they were good enough to save bagels for us. We try two different Bagels - the everything bagel with cheddar and chive smear - wow!!!! The second choice was the cinnamon cranberry - flavor was so nice didn't need anything on it other than butter . In terms of the everything bagel and the cheddar chive schmear - it's certainly was a smear - there was enough cream cheese on the one Bagel to cover another one. Another option for the cinnamon cranberry would have been the Brie honey walnut schmear but having it warm and toasted it was amazing with just butter. So many great flavors to choose from if you can't decide they're more than happy to let you try before you make a final decision. Second option would have been the chorizo which was amazing as well. Great job- continued success - highly recommend. Fair price.... $2 for the bagel $4 for a bagel with cream...

I wanted it to be a 5...BUT...the bagels were not over the top better than Brueggers and I am not even loving them. Tough to compare any to Absolute or Ess-a-Bagel in NYC which differ from each other but rise above the rest. I’m not even a New Yorker. CBC are crisp outside, soft but not as chewy nor as flavorful inside. Size great. Furthermore, when I got my dozen, yep only 12, and I asked is that 12 or 13 the response was “nice try”. Really. First time ever, anywhere, a bakers dozen was only 12. Kind of crushed the whole baker-patron bond right there. At $1.17 per bagel vs Brueggers $0.71 I’m not sure the whole experience was convincing to bring me back. I really wanted to be wowed...but left wanting.
