As a generational patron for over 20 years, the new owners have really made a drastic negative change in the way that they serve their customers. The business that the previous owners built was that of courtesy, and loyalty to their customer base. They made you feel welcomed when you enter the place and the deli trays were a staple at all of the family gatherings down through the years. However, when I ordered two deli trays for a wedding reception this weekend and they were horrible!!! The quality of the food is good, however, they have clearly cut a significant portion of food the you usually received in the past. To spend $164 and not have enough food to feed a crowd of 30 is ridiculous!!! Half the meat was gone, the cheese was so thin you could almost see through it and the bread was so stale that no one touch it. I am one who has never written a review in my entire life, but in this instance I could not just sit back and be quiet. When confronted with the issue, their attitude was very cavalier and they did very little to correct the issue. I will now never patronize them again!!!! If they don't care enough about retaining their customer base, then I will go elsewhere for my special occasions and get a better deal and better attitude...

Blessings and Good Morning, It's a very clean place. I went on behalf of my best friend of 37 years. She love's their Corn Beef!! To be honest if you are looking or wanting the original real Corn Beef. You are in front of the meat as the cut it prepare it right out of the cooker. It's fresh and hot ohh did I say delicious and so tender. You get to sample it while you wait for your sandwich 🥪🥪🥪🥪🥪🥪 to be prepared. Yes you can order it by a sandwich or pounds. I g more in the Summer and boy I tell you it use to be lined outside the door but yesterday I saw a post now it's only transaction preorder which is truly a Blessing. It gives others a chance to get in and out with no problem. Don't get me wrong it may have lines it just not as long for the wait. Yes you can order with Snaps,card or cash but it's worth it. I'm not a Corn Beef eater like my friend she wants sm every trip when I'm in Cleveland Ohio ohh and they have a very beautiful personality,kind and friendly and compassionate to the customer so I hope you get a chance to go visit this wonderful place. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. It was lunchtime l, not overly busy but busy. The staff /crew had zero... absolutely NO... sense of urgency with a consistently growing long line. Talking, slow moving, joking around, totally unorganized and consistently leaving the counter making myself and all other customers wait. 2 other available slicing machines and staff members that could operate them yet they remained unused while moved like they did not want be at work...ALL OF THEM. Frustrating and sad. Thank goodness the corned beef was good because the service was AWFUL!!! But because of the service I will not go back. It seemed like it was the norm because others did not seem bothered....
