Wendy's — Restaurant in Cleveland

We stopped at Wendy’s a few weeks back for some quick dinner. I ordered a biggie bag with a simple bacon cheeseburger, cheese and ketchup only. However, in return I got a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise none of which I eat on my cheeseburger. I also ordered the baconator fries with it, the fries were cold and the cheese was just shredded cheese not even melted with barely any bacon. My husband’s fries and nuggets were ice cold. I understand things happen and gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just having an off day, we all do. We chose to give it another try this evening. The only positive thing I will say is my burger was correct this time, just lukewarm. The fries were once again cold with non melted cheese. My husband took them back inside this time to at least get the cheese melted as I wanted to check the food this time before leaving. He brings the fries out that are fresh with melted cheese, but no bacon on them. What a joke. Save your money, time and patience and just...

Very slow and always forget something!!! Have to check the bags before you leave because chances are food will be cold or missing. Seems like they lose or get rid of all the good employees. Management is terrible at this particular location and very rude to some of the younger employees. School age children should not be working as late as they have them working here and all have driving curfews. If the management was concerned about there employees they would take school and these curfews into consideration.

But instead they do not!!! The Wendy’s corporation needs to choose who they have running there stores better and make sure it is someone who actually cares for the employees as well as manages the restaurant!!! I have heard and saw nothing but negative things from Management here. The way employees are treated and the way some employees are allowed to treat the customers is totally unexpectable and...

Actually the food is good, restaurant is clean, employees are courteous.

Too bad you allow an employee to fly the confederate flag so prominently on your property as I think it sends a message you do not intend. I guess that is why I have never seen a Black patron and your only Black employee left (I don't blame him as it was directly in his face most of the times I was there). No doubt it is a stupid teenager (I have one of those too) who thinks it is his "right" to express his ignorance but he shouldn't be able to do this on your property while working.

It's okay, there are plenty of places to eat in Cleveland, I spend my money elsewhere now but I do miss your salads, they are so much better than the ones your competition serves. You are only losing about $20/week from me, a mere drop in the bucket so it shouldn't...
