Took 15 minutes to get our food out when there was one person that ordered before us. Then it turns out most of our food had been sitting in a to go bag for who knows how long with them not even realizing it was there. There were no napkins out for that 15 minutes we were waiting even though 2 people came up and complained to let them know. Their self-service pop machine was literally out of every kind of diet product they offered, not to mention it was sticky and not clean. The girl who took my simple order didn't even get my frosty on there but at that point the line had 4 people in it and I wasn't waiting 10-15 minutes for each person to be served since that was literally how long it was taking. Once we got our food and I took it back to the table the burgers were wrong. They were suppose to be plain with only the cheese and bacon on them but they had no bacon and everything else on it. Needless to say the line was still long so I said screw it and just let my kids eat them. While eating there were at least 2 other people that went up to the counter because their order was wrong too. One guy got mad that it was taking so long to order and he left the staff know he was mad when a worker who I believe to be a manger raised his voice at the guy which you could hear from the other side of the restaurant basically saying he won't help him if he doesn't calm down. Read moreThe cashier was very friendly, and told us about promotions. The other employees on the other hand, not so much. We were given our order and told it would be another 2 minutes for one of the items, so we sat down, and I went back to the counter 3 minutes later, (now it was late and we were the only people inside, the girl who took our order was cleaning the dining room) Then lady put the sandwich on the back counter and walked away, the manager walked by me standing at the counter 2 or 3 times, and instead of just handing me my food, she yelled for the cashier, who was cleaning the dining room, to come and bring it to me. then, before we left we wanted placed a togo order of a couple frosties. The original cashier had since clocked out, therefore was unable to place our order. so she went in the back and told 2 people we were waiting to order, no-one came. Again, the manager walked by us several times, but did nothing but call out for who ever was supposed to be working the front, still we were the only people inside. finally, the manager came and took the order, before we left I overheard her complaining it wasn't her job to take the order, I'm sorry, but you're the manager, everything is your job, and if you see that the employees aren't doing their jobs, you need to pick up the slack and address the issue with them later, and not in front of customers, just thought WOW, made me feel bad for the young girl who took our first order, she was polite, informative, and VERY sweet,...
Read moreI have no idea what has happened to customer service, but everytime I have gone to Wendy's 117th I have a horrible experience. BUT I just left the drive thru and let me tell you the woman, who I believe was the manager, stripped shirt on, was absolutely RUDE! I pull up to the window and I hear welcome to Wendy's and I respond hello is it ok to go ahead and order. She rudely responds with a sigh and says ugh ya... she was also rude to the car in front me. I order a grilled chicken sandwich meal with mayo and ketchup only. She responded "so you dont want honey mustard" I pull up to the window and I ask did I ask the right combo number because I dont remember honey mustard being on it. Simple question right... I say maybe it was a number 9. You know we are all human and I make mistakes too. But she throws her arms up in the air and tells back to the crew and says now she doesnt want a grilled chicken. I was trying to tell yes that is what I want sorry I just dont remember honey mustard being on it. She was EXTREMELY nasty and as a manager you should never act like that. I was also confused because the price on the board said $7 and some change and I was charged 9 something which made me question myself if I ordered the right sandwich.
