This was the first and last I will ever go to this bagel shop. I ordered my bagel (toasted with butter) . I thought calling it in within 10 minutes would be ready. When I got to the shop nobody acknowledged me, the people in the back we’re fighting amongst each other because they did not get the orders right. The one Man got upset because I was asking for my bagel and he was stunned that I came within 10 minutes to pick it up. They spoke badly about me in back and I could hear. Three people came in placed there ordered and left while I was still waiting for a bagel. I come here periodically when I'm going to the surgery center. Previously the bagels have been delicious and orders filled perfectly. Today was terrible.my egg sandwich is cold and the cheese not melted. The boss man was rude and nasty to the staff, loud and insulting. If he was kidding around, it was wrong and if that's how he usually is, which is what a another customer told me when I asked, that's even worse. I actually turned around to see if there were cameras, if this was a setup from " what would you do"! The other 4 bagels and cream cheese were prepared fine. I don't think I will be able to return...
