My order came to $8.95
I had $8.15 so I had no choice but to use a larger $50 bill. However, this establishment doesn't take $50's even though there are very adequate means developed to quickly verifiy the 50's are real. 7-11 has no problem. They have a machine that verifies for them. It's very accurate. Dunkin donuts gets enough business to afford these machines.
Anyway, during the time I'm scrambling around for change because I really was hungry for the 2 for 5 deal. They we're still in the process of making my food, and my latte with 3 sugars was already finished.
Sometimes you have to make an acception.
Although I'm a little upset, I am very happy that they lost money making my food, and coffee. Unless someone comes from behind me requesting the same latte with 3 sugars...they will have to dump it out. Reheating it wouldn't make it fresh anymore.
The only reason I'm not using my debit card is because it's broken, and I'm awaiting a new one in the mail.
So the end result is me not coming to this establishment anymore, and them losing...
Read moreI ordered a medium iced coffee on 8/8 around maybe 2:05 pm, dominican lady thought i said small but i said very clear medium, she looked annoyed when i told her it was a medium not a small after she had rung me up already. She said it’s a dollar extra after ringing me up, so I just gave her a dollar. However I don’t see her putting the dollar in the drawer and she seemed to have been staring at the screen for a while not knowing what to do. I work at a dunkin’ donuts, a small iced coffee is 2.87, and a medium iced coffee is 3.19, and i gave her a dollar because she claimed it was a dollar more. However I never got my change back or anything, and I’m pretty sure she kept the money for herself. It’s not the dollar that i’m complaining about, but if you don’t know how to refund the order, and charge me correctly at least get a manager to help you to fix it instead of taking the money with an attitude. It’s not my fault you have hearing problems and couldn’t hear my order. Will not be coming back to this store because of this...
Read moreAlthough the donuts here are always fresh, at least when they have them, which is usually just at 7am, because once they sell out you are out of luck, the staff is VERY RUDE everytime I come in here. They need to FIX THAT! Of course, it is a local hangout for the residents of the Richfield Village apartments, so I guess if you live there, they treat you with some decency. Whenever I order coffee here, I have to complain because they just can't get it right. Even when I slowly say exactly how I would like it. HUGE LANGUAGE BARRIER. Not the cleanest place either, the tables are always filthy and the bathroom, when it isn't closed because it's "out of service", which in fact is just a sign they put up for people coming only to use the bathroom, looks like it is cleaned once a day, if that. I'm only giving 2 stars for the freshness of the donuts. Nothing else good...
