75 minutes for delivery (to the wrong address). Toasted sub was cold and mushy due to the literal cup of sauce it was drowned in. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes weren't even ripe, it was just not a good experience. Manager seemed offended that I wasn't happy, but looked at the pile of mush I brought back and had nothing to say, so I can only assume this is acceptable to them. Super dissapointing because the toasted subs are AWESOME when done halfway right. Every other JJ in town has made me a dozen of the same sandwich and they were so good I brought friends to try them out. It's just this location that burned me. They DID refund my order on request but it seemed odd that there was no effort to make things right. Not even a basic "I appologize, please come back again and we'll make it right for you". Wasn't looking for a coupon or free s*, just wanted a simple acknowledgement and I would have chalked it up as a one time bad experience. Unfortunately they did not put any veggies on them. I had to ask the girl for our veggies and she gave them to us very slowly. We split a full sandwich a bag of bbq chips and medium drink , potato salad and a pickle. It cost over $30. Definitely not worth the sticker shock. The music was so loud we could not even finish our meal in the store, which resulted in a cold, soggy sub we ate at home with ears still ringing. I had scanned the QR code on the table before we left and told them about our experience. The marketing manager Trevor Schmitt reached out to me with an obviously canned response telling me they would fix the problem. During that time they obviously let these sandwiches sit out without refrigerating them, even though tuna should never be left out. We both got food poisoning from these sandwiches. I got really sick after eating this sandwich and was up all night long. I guess they don't know about keeping tuna cold. I'm thinking an attorney is going to be needed. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them due to the fact that they don't care if they leave the food out or not. I'm pretty sure I'll be contacting the health department over this matter as well. I won't be ordering from there again. Maybe they should hire enough delivery drivers so no one else has to suffer from food poisoning. I was told they only have two delivery drivers.
