Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Clinton Township

All I can say is this was such a aggravating experience for nearly nothing. I came in to pick up my Togo order that I placed online and paid for online. I checked my bag to make sure everything I needed was in the bag. I then realized that I only had 1 ranch (for 20 pieces of chicken). When I placed my order I thought I clicked for the right amount of ranch and an extra lemon pepper seasoning. However, the young man quickly explained that he did not see that on the receipt…. That’s it lol no solution just that he didn’t see it on the receipt. So I asked okay well could I get a side of lemon pepper and an extra ranch it’s quite a few wings for 1 sauce. He grabbed a ranch and said he would have to grab his manager about the lemon pepper which was wayyyyyy too much I feel. Grabbing a manger for LEMON PEPPER? It’s actually laughable. Anywho, the manager comes to the front and says “you have a question about lemon pepper?” There is no question lol I just wanted a side and I explained that to her. She then said she would check the receipt (AGAIN) and she didn’t see it and THEN said let me check the computer this is now the 3rd attempt to check my order for a LEMON PEPPER. She didn’t see it and notified me of that and said well do you want to pay for it? I asked her how much and she said 60 cents. I paid the 60 cents and went on my way. The point of this review is to say I shouldn’t have had to talk to two people and stand there for over 5 minutes over lemon pepper. Charging me is not an issue but it could’ve been said wayyyyy at the beginning instead of constantly checking the same order 3 times and wasting all of our time. And to add the manager on duty (1/13/25 around 5:30PM) was a bit snippy and I did not care for her attitude or customer service. Moral of the story is this was a silly experience and I definitely won’t be back to this location. Also it’s clear that the manager needs more duties because she has so much time...

I only come on Thursdays when they have BOGO free boneless wings, otherwise you're getting into expensive territory. And as a full-time college student, I love when I can save some money. The sauces are all so good, you really can't go wrong with any of them and I've never once had a problem with my wings being dry with lack of sauce, they're very generous with the amount amount slather on. Be aware that if you order extra dipping sauces ( i.e. ranch, bleu cheese), they will charge you for any additional that doesn't come with the wings. But sometimes it's worth the couple of cents just to make sure you have enough for every wing you ordered.

As for the service, I called and ordered over the phone and my wings were done when I arrived (I was a bit early). The server who helped me was so friendly and so helpful when answering all of my questions. I will be back next Thursday to get more wings and will probably go every Thursday until I die. If you dine in, which I have in the past, the servers are attentive but not annoying and they're helpful without being rude. I definitely recommend this location as I can't say the same thing about service for all of the BWWs in the area. Especially nowadays when it's hard to find quality service with everything being shut down or understaffed. They deserved all 5...

I woke up with so much angst and embarrassment this morning...We came here Tuesday Sept 24th around 630 pm with the anticipation of sitting down and enjoying a nice meal...however things quickly took a turn and my boyfriend passed out not once but twice...the staff was so wonderful in assisting us and I hope they get to read this review...I don't think I could have made it through without them..they helped me get him to the car and our wonderful waitress packed up our food for us as we couldn't stay to eat...and to the lady that took care of my kids I couldn't thank u enough god placed u there knowing someone would need you and unfortunately that was me..I'm so glad you were there you kept my kids calm as I attended to their dad...again a huge shout out to everyone that was working tonight...I'm sorry for all the commotion though..but a quick update he is doing ok today...definitely getting him into a dr to see what's going on...

Give my waitress Krista with the green hair a raise she deserves it she was amazing this whole time I want to make sure she gets the kudos she deserves..and the other waitresses that stepped up to help her out while helping us..

However after getting home and heating the food up it was still delicious...

You guys I still can't...
