National Coney Island - Fraser — Restaurant in Fraser

I've never been so disgusted and literally sick after eating food like this before.. Breakfast here is so/so...pre cooked meats(reheated), boring hash-browns, the normal coney Breakfast..nothing fresh... Coney dogs are good...again, very typical or normal.. But dinner/lunch items... Took 3 bites...threw away... Disgusting! Ordered patty melt and asked for cheddar instead of Swiss and cheese fries... I didn't think it was possible to complain about too much melted cheese , but this was completely gross...literally swimming in cheese...tasteless, saltless, boring frozen fries, drowning in canned cheese... Patty melt was like 1/4" piece of leather that I couldn't even chew! Shredded cheese? Barely cooked red onion (big NO) and wayla....I laughed at it... but starving, and not wanting to waste food, I took a few bites... Trying to find one french fry that isn't completely saturated in cheese... Chewing on a piece of leather for ten minutes trying to swallow my undercooked red onion that has no business being on a sandwich...I gave up...literally 5 minutes later, I'm in the toilet with crippling cramps and diarrhea.... I will never step foot in this establishment again....i will most definitely tell everyone I know to avoid it and go across the street... Which is saying something because they're close to the same.. The food was very good. Sat for 30 minutes unattended to by a waitstaff. Asked a waitress that was helping another section if we were going to be waited on. She notified our assigned waitress & she greeted us by saying, "I wasn't sure if your table was mine. What do you want?" Her name is Ariana P from the receipt. She didn't introduce herself. We had a table of 4 & only had place settings for 3 people. We asked for an additional place setting & napkins and we did not get any. Another waitress took our drink order. Told Ariana that we would like our checks separate. She didn't even look at our table for the entire meal until one of us got up & flagged her down for the bill after being finished for 20 minutes. She gave us only one bill & went away quicker than I could say anything. I went up to the front desk & said we needed two checks. I got an eyeroll after Ariana was told about the checks. Still wasn't settled. We started to put our coats on because we weren't going to wait another 30 minutes after our meal to be helped. She came to our table with another incorrect bill. Gave her the correct bill from when I went up to the counter, paid, & left. Horrible service, poor professionalism. Might not come again because of this experience. Have never had such lousy...

I am beyond fed up with this place!!! I’ve always loved Hani’s but every single time we order from here - which is already WAY overpriced…. I get maybe 4 little pieces of chicken 😡

Tonight was the last straw- will never ever go back!! My husband ordered fish & chips - it MAKES you pick 2 sides or you can’t check out. Just wasted 25 min on hold with them because they gave no tartar sauce and no salad (never mind my $12-$13 hani with a few pc of chicken again 🙄). But because THEIR system didn’t print ‘salad’ on the ticket … that’s our problem!

Talked to a manager who was beyond unhelpful and could care less. No “let’s try to make it right… come back up here during rush hour to get the rest of your order…” NOTHING!!! So now cold fish and chips - NO sauce or salad and wasted all that time in the phone!

Never ever again will I give this location another dime 😡
