Customer service was horrible. I ordered two specialized pizzas for delivery, checked out with a credit card and a tip. Jessica, the manager I presume, called me back to let me know she would not deliver to my address because there was a theft on my street once, meanwhile my complex is fully lit up with security lights and I am at the very front of the street whereas the apartments all the way at the end of the block are dark & have been known to have some trouble. I agreed to pick up the pizzas, which had a coupon on the order. I was then told that I could receive a credit for $5 for the delivery charge as there was no way to refund it, for the NEXT TIME I ORDER.. I only order a pizza once every few months and even then I don't order from the same place. So I asked if there's another way to do this? Can the order be re-put in and price adjusted for the inconvenience? Sure she said I'll go ahead and cancel the order and you can re-put it in. She said about 20 minutes. Ok so I started a load of laundry thinking she already has the order I'll just have her charge me when I get there. Wrong! She never made it. When I got there I had to verbally tell her the order, remember all the minute details of what my family ordered, and then I don't get the coupon that was originally on it either! Their whole set up is digital so as soon as we hung up she just deleted my order and there was no way to trace it back. I was not a happy camper. The food was fine by the time I actually got it , two hours later, but the customer service was awful. Nobody wants to take all that time to order food online for delivery, unexpectedly have to agree to come pick it up, then find out it was never made when the worker could have just re-entered the order in the first place and saved me some trouble. I forgot to mention the staff was not washing their hands and cannot handle upset customers in a professional way. The same girl (Jessica) excused herself and proceeded to leave through the back door, slamming the door, then proceeded to come back in and make pizzas without washing hands or putting on gloves. The rest of the staff looked as though they were sleep walking through life....
Read moreI paid for extra pepperoni & even called the dominos store to make sure they were put on because normally they aren't, instead of listening to me the manager Nathan started getting defensive right away trying to tell me how many pepperonis go on a pizza & how much sauce/ cheese. I don't need to know those things as a customer. They have made me a pizza with pepperoni all over the pizza before with no problem and that is what I expected, the pizzas I received were just like a normal pepperoni pizza. I should not have to pay extra if that is how it is going to come. The manager had an attitude about remaking my order, and he was very unpleasant to speak with. I would never order from this Domino's again, he was so concerned about how much they put on the pizza, but what I was trying to explain is if that is the case why did I have so much sauce and cheese on this pizza if they have a formula that they stick to but not enough pepperoni? & why am I paying extra for pepperoni then? Then when Nathan remade the 2 of the 3 pizzas that were wrong & sent them out for delivery, the delivery driver, who came said she could not give them to me unless I gave her the other two pizzas we had, which was never mentioned to me on the phone, I did not care about giving them back because it’s not extra pizza I was looking for but it’s just the fact that I have Covid and why would you ask for the pizza back and not tell me that over the phone? Very unprofessional I would never order from here ever again. Read moreWoe I have ordered from Domino's since my children was babies since 1984 or something like that and really never had a complaint with that wasn't fixed really never had a complaint but today I had ordered a cheese pizza and a Brooklyn style Philly cheese with onions and bacon which exactly what I ordered the day before everyone in the house love the pizza the day before so since they have 50% off and I had a free Rewards we reordered the manager was so rude and disrespectful When We complain that I pizza was undercooked and run not just undercooked but doughy he told me because we ordered a pan that's how they make it.. When did that start.
