• Recent update" Still never have shakes or 8ce cream and my order is never taken correctly or I am missing items I paid for, sometimes both things occur 😔🤦🏼‍♀️ 08/02/23

Unless you have to, DON'T GO HERE! GO TO RALLY'S ON 161 OR HIGH ST. IF ITS AT NIGHT, GO TO 161 BECAUSE AFTER CERTAIN HOURS HIGH ST DOES ONLINE ORDERS ONLY 🥺😔🤦🏼‍♀️

Keep in mind I go here once a day because my Dad loves Rally's and Cleveland ave is the closest. Every day I say to my self that I want to call corporate. I'm not a Karen or suburban woman, but not hood enough to go crazy on the workers 😂 But this ish here is beyond ridiculous!!!😭😞

Rally's on Cleveland! Horrible always! So my biggest issue is, this is the only Rally's who charges me for a cup of strawberry soft serve (additional $1.69 )separately and charges me $3.99( the price of a BROOKIE W/SOFT SERVE)! HIGH ST AND 161 NEVER DO THIS TO ME. CLEVELAND AVE RALLYS says that BROOKIE W/SERVE means only VANILLA soft serve. I have went during all shifts 9n different days and one day I even asked. I said what Ice cream does it come with. The woman said soft serve, I said ok what kind of soft serve? She said ice cream. I said ok, give me 🍓 wicked strawberry (Rally's soft serve strawberry), and she said you can only get vanilla. I will add pictures later and update this. However 161 and high St does NOT do this. Rally's Cleveland Ave continued:

#2 They either have Milkshakes but not Banana , or no shakes but have soft serve. Or No soft serve but have shakes.

#3Ordered my dad a banana shake and it looked like Mountain Dew.🤢

#4 I was once told the subtotal (thinking it was the total like it should have been) and gave coin change so I would get all dollar bills back. The girl have me back $0.93 . I said it was $0.07. She said and you gave me $0.10. I said then I should have gotten back 3 pennies, not 9 dimes and 4 pennies. My dollar amount was also wrong. She said said I entered what you gave me in the register. So I checked the receipt 🧾. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤯😑She had told me the subtotal price!

#5 They either don't know how to just add points, once someone used my $10 I had built up and I just wanted to add points! Or they don't know anything at all about the app.

#6 Once I pulled up and walked to the window for his two shakes because the line was down the street near Chase Bank almost at Cleveland Ave, and as I am standing at the window,the workers were inside play fighting/flirting. I told them they have a long line wrapped around down the street.

Now I understand that Oakland Park and Cleveland Ave is not the safest or greatest place to work, but service doesn't have to be this HORRIBLE! I am related to someone two people who are Rally's managers in Columbus and they wouldn't tolerate this kind...

This is the worst Rallys I've ever experienced. Ordering ahead on their app, be careful cause if you ordered a shake and this location never has a working shake machine, you have to sit through customer service to explain why you need all your money back. You won't get your money back until next week, so enjoy that. We sat for 10 minutes for them to make the order and if you wanna see what the absolute bottom of fast food can look like I have provided pictures. Buffalo Chicken tastes like paper towels balled up in water and pepper. The $2 bacon crispy is not crispy but mushy like grease flavored baby food.

Look it's horrible, don't go to this one, you'll just be reminded why Rallys is the low tier selection of the fast food list. F tier, I would rather eat from a Sunoco gas station where the cashier doesnt speak English and for some reason...

If I can give this crew a zero I would. The customer service is absolutely horrifying. No sense of urgency for customers or their time. Taking smoke breaks on the side of the building while people are waiting more than 30 minutes for food. This place is a joke and if I was the general manager I would fire everyone who worked the night crew on 6/6/19 it was an absolute embarrassment. The Rally's name will be up in smoke with the way this restaurant operates. The sad part is I was just delivering for a customer and had to cancel the order due to the laziness, unprofessional, and unacceptable workers at this place. Never coming back here not even for a drink!! Good luck and hopefully the place gets shut down or get a whole new...
