Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Clinton

We went there on a Saturday evening to pick up some quick dinner for the family. Because my husband is diametrically opposed to drive throughs, we went in. There was no wait, though there was someone in the drive through. Anyhow, we were very indecisive. The man working the front and the window asked us if we were ready in a very reasonable amount of time. When we said we weren't, he apologized and went went back to serve the window which was entirely reasonable. Once we indicated we were ready to order, the service was prompt and very friendly. The worker realized if we ordered the same items a different way (it was a large order) it would save us money, which we were thrilled about and appreciated his conciencous effort. As we waited, another gentleman came in who only spoke spoke spanish, and another employee took his order, again, all very efficient and excellent service. The food, once we got it home, was everything we expect from Carl's Jr. Good sized, tasty burgers (we didnt order chicken, so I cant speak to that), and good fries. The drink machine worked fine. I am GF so had a lettuce wrap burger and that was just as good as I expected.

Though the restaurant was not busy and there was no wait time, the service was SO SO slow. I think only one person was working while 2 or three other employees were standing around talking to each other. The soda machine was running out of soda and tried to let the employees know. They either knew and didn't change the syrup out, didn't have any extra syrup on hand to be able to change out, or plainly didn't care, as they said nothing and offered no explanation. They didn't even offer to use the soda machine they use to fill driveup orders, though who knows maybe that one didn't work either as they offered nothing, but more than willing to sell you a drink that has the possibility of not being able to fill. Food in and of itself tasted good, and I honestly felt bad for the one employee actually doing her job. She apologized for the wait and seemed flustered but was nice. Though she deserves at least 3 stars, the lack of help from her fellow employees makes the restaurant itself receive only one star. Likely won't return to...

Worst service ever the girl at the window had no respect. Snatched my card from me and then proceeded to have an attitude with me. She refused my order she refused to give me my order refused to do anything but yell at me I have never been so horrified of my life of a place that allowed this type of blatant disrespect to any customers that they have to sit there and proceeded to yell at the customer telling them that you're not going to speak to her that way because she is better than you I will never ever return back to a Carl's jr. In my life I have never seen this type of disrespect ever this was the most ridiculous response that I've ever gotten from somebody from start to finish she was extremely rude extremely thinking she was privileged cuz she was a seventeen-year-old teenybopper little girl who has no respect for anybody including herself and her place of business if Carl's jr.
