Cons: *OLD TOUGH PIZZA, ONLY 4 - 6 DINNER PIZZA OPTIONS AVAILABLE. *I FEEL LIKE MY MONEY WAS WASTED. ...Spent some time waiting for fresh pizza and more options to come out, which never did!
Arrived at 445pm on a mon evening (6.6.21). There was dessert pizza and the garlic knots that they drizzled the cinnamon butter and cinnamon roll frosting on top in place of the cinnamon dessert pizza. There was OLD PIZZA sitting there to choose from, ONLY 4 OPTIONS. I asked 3x while I was there if they were going to bring out more pizza, specifically the ranch and Alfredo pizza. I was told the first time I asked that they are going to have some coming out of the oven soon. Waited 30.min and checked again; asked a server person when they are bringing out more pizza, especially the ranch and Alfredo , she said that she will tell them. Waited another 30 minutes. They finally had a half combo Pizza added on to what was already there& another dessert pizza. I seen that they were putting full pizzas into pizza boxes. Got some pasta while I waited and asked a different server about the pizza. She responded that she will ask them but never came back to let us know what they said. We were there 3 hrs. OLD PIZZA, only 4 to 6 options of the dinner pizza. Who wants to eat pizza that had sat there that long that the CRUST is so HARD & TOUGH? Not me. Very disappointed tonight. I used to have nothing but positive things to say about this place and even recommended to some of my friends and colleagues. Not sure I can do that unless my experience is better next time if I decide to take that chance again. PLEASE, OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS, CHECK ON YOUR BUSINESS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AT RANDOM TIMES AND SHIFTS TO MAKE SURE ITS RUNNING LIKE BEFORE. I hope things change so that I can return with a favorable visit. This WAS one of our favorite restaurants! Pros: Restaurant was clean. It seemed as though they had enough workers. Salad bar was good with fresh options. Dessert pizza was fresh and 6 options of dessert pizza. Pasta was ok, the carbonara and Alfredo sauce was thicker than usual. Many noodle and sauce options if...

A few years ago, I used to come here every week, then every OTHER week and now about every other month if there is not other viable option. The primary reason I visited weekly and the primary reason I have stopped coming so frequently is directly tied to the quality and cleanliness of the salad bar. The lettuce and some of the toppings are old or rancid or have an 'off' taste. Basically, not fresh.
It didn't help that the last time I visited, there was a medium-size disobedient dog under someone's table that is nearest the pizza bar and salad bar. The dog’s owners were yelling at it to lay down and it wouldn't. Pretty sure it wasn't a service dog, just a pet with a vest. I like dogs but they have no place in restaurants.
Now for my review from 2016 below:
Best value IN THE WORLD. Healthy options. Yummylicious! I've eaten here about 50 times. –No joke.
The Clinton PPC is by far my favorite location of this franchise. I've visited all the Utah locations multiple times. Others can be spotty. The Clinton management and employees are always hustling and on top of things. Always clean, always busy.
• High quality pizza LOADED with toppings Absolutely no skimping on anything. The biggest issue is topping overload.
• Awesome Pasta Bar with great 'home-made' sauces Alfredo, meat, tomato, spicy sausage, carbonara is extremely yummy and loaded with bacon.
• Great, Fresh, IMPECCABLE Salad Bar with everything you need to build a great salad no matter your taste. I prefer it over Sweet Tomatoes.
• Tons of Dessert Pizzas • Garlic knot rolls • Cheese Breadsticks
I fill my tank with a huge salad and a plate of pasta and then I top things off with a few slices of Chicken Alfredo pizza and a slice of Apple or Peach Cobbler pizza.
• Sign-up for text deals and always eat for $6 (or less). Yes, that's right. For the price of a $5 pizza, you get all-you-care-to-eat Salad, Pizza, Pasta, and Dessert.
There's also a frequent diner program.
You just can't go wrong here unless you don't like Pizza, Pasta, Salad...
Read morePizza pie cafe is one of my family's favourite placed to go for a fat salad and a place where dessert is included. We've been there during the slow times, weekdays between 1pm - 3pm and the pizza can be a little stale and the salad bar can run low. However, if you let someone behind the counter know, they will make fresh pizza and will refill the salad bar. It gets pretty busy after 5 pm, and the employees are on top of making sure they have what they need. They recently added more options to their salad bar, which my partner really likes. My daughter never leaves without having a bowl of pasta. They let you choose from a variety of pastas and sauces. Their dessert pizzas are so good, and like I mentioned, a perk of choosing Pizza Pie Cafe for lunch or dinner. Oh! Also they offer keto bowls! If you aren't wanting the crust, they will ask you what toppings you want and will heat them up in a tin. Pretty accommodating and considerate if you ask me. Their bathrooms, however, do not provide towels and only a blow dryer. I don't like that personally, so I have to remember to bring some with me on the way to wash my hands. In terms of cleanliness, they're great! I've been going to the Clinton location for a few years now and have never had any complaints. The staff do a...
