I only gave 2 stars because one, it makes you give one, and two...the driver was super nice. Anyway.. tonight I ordered just one medium pizza with an order of specialty chicken. Nothing too complicated. I ordered at 5, was told on the website it would be about 30ish min. Totally understandable, pretty much the wait time at any pizza place ever. It wasn't until 6:50 that my food was actually delivered after the tracker had said that it was delivered about 10 minutes prior to that. I understand everything is hard now and companies are very short staffed and hurting for workers, but 2 hours as opposed to 30 minutes? Not even a call to tell me they were running behind or something else happened. After I noticed the tracker had said "delivered," of course I checked outside and there was nothing, no one had come up to the door. It was right as I was fixing to dial the store's number, the driver pulled in. So, I'm not sure if maybe the tracking system is to blame for that or what. That's not what was actually frustrating me, it was the 2 hour wait for a pizza and chicken. Like I said, I'm trying to be understandable with short staff, but reading these other reviews of it happening to other people or others just not getting their food, who knows who or what is to blame. In the end, the pizza was okay, wasn't exactly hot but wasn't ice cold; I guess that makes sense since I ordered it 2 hours ago. It will probably be a long time until I order from here again or if ever. Too bad Clinton doesn't have many...
Read moreWe ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago. The app said it was delivered 35 minutes ago. I called them and they said it was there ready to go out. I asked how long it had been sitting there since the app said it was done over an hour ago and he said it just came out of the oven. That was 20 minutes ago and it's still not delivered. I live 5 minutes from the store. I've had this problem before and apparently I've not learned my lesson. Last I heard I had about 10 free salads waiting but I contact them and I don't get them. I ask for my card to be credited and I never get it. I'll never give them anymore of my money.
UPDATE MAY 7: placed order at 701. Website said "Heidi" was handling my order. Was still in prep at 925. Called the store to make sure my order went through. Was on hold just over 5 minutes then I was hung up on. Called back. Was hung up on again after 2 minutes. Called back. Was on hold 6 minutes before they actually answered. Was told my order was "about to go in". Then the guy who answered the phone, who did not seemed very enthusiastic, asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I asked how long before it would be delivered and he said it was about to go in, a few deliveries were before mine and there were only a couple people there. It's a Saturday night! There should be more than a couple people there. I've learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS DOMINOES...

I sent my dad to pickup order and they waited an hour and 10 minutes longer than what the app said to pickup. In addition, two of the pizzas ordered were supposed to have onions but we were not told UNTIL pickup that they had run out of onions. They gave no option to substitute a different topping for the two medium pizzas we paid 2 toppings for. In addition, one of the pizzas was supposed to be thin crust. Again, we were not told UNTIL pickup that they were out of thin crust. There should have been a phone call to alter these orders. When my dad asked about a discount off for the several wrong orders, he was told "There's nothing I can do." No offer for discount, free pizza, totally unapologetic. I used to order from this particular store often and NEVER once had a complaint. Not sure if you're under new management but we were not the only unhappy customers. While my dad was there picking up, there was another customer so upset with her hard pasta and other wrong orders that she threw her pizzas in the trashcan inside the store. Extremely disappointed in the product and customer service. At the very least there should have been offers to make up for the wrong orders. Very poor customer service. Needs training and...
