This place was extremely dirty. There was trash everywhere and the bathroom was unable to be used in. The kiosk would not take gift cards and it was slow in general. Would not recommend coming here. They gave a skimpy amount of whipped cream after I payed 2 dollars for it on top. The workers were too lazy to refund for the gift cards and were very dull overall. They were not welcoming. They also had 3 people working in the back when we were the only people in the whole store. There was "brown donut icing" smeared on the sides of the hot chocolate. It was also extremely expensive. This Dunkin’ is surprisingly deceiving. From the outside, it looks like a typical Dunkin’ store—but once you walk in, you're greeted not by staff, but by a wall and a self-service kiosk. The employees are tucked around the corner, so there’s no warm or welcoming vibe when you enter.

We placed our order on the kiosk, which was fine. But when our name was called, we were handed a bag with two doughnuts—not the marble ones we ordered, but vanilla replacements. We agreed to take the vanilla replacement.

I know Dunkin' Donunts is getting bad, but come on! I hate ordering at the kiosks, first of all. I want to talk to someone who knows what they're doing. I also like human interaction. Second, they're pushing the drive thru too much. You can tell this for two reasons. One, the only cash register is in the DT, and two, the donuts are there. That brings me to my thing thing. THERES NO DONUTS AT THE FRONT COUNTER. WHY?? This makes no sense to me. I've never in my life been to a DD and have not been greeted by a wall of donuts.
