Hardee’s — Restaurant in Clinton

My wife and I went in to order to go breakfast. I immediately noticed the warming bin was packed full of food. in retrospect, this was a warning that things were probably made a while ago and just sitting. I ordered a Frisco Ham breakfast combo, and my wife ordered a sausage biscuit combo. it took a while to get our order, which was weird since bin was full. We then left and got back on expressway. that's when we discovered our order was wrong. My wife's was close, she received a sausage egg biscuit. What I received was terrible. two pieces of cold bread, not grilled...with a cold egg cold piece of sausage, and no cheese. I figured we were down the expressway at this point, so might as well eat it. TRIED....I took a bite of the abomination I was given and gagged immediately. Whole thing was just garbage, and that's where it went...into the trash. My wife's biscuit sandwich was warm, not hot...but at least it was edible once the egg was removed that she didn't want. Hashbrowns were decent. I will certainly avoid this location in the future, I suggest you do the same. This location could use some better management and some training on making food correctly and bagging correct orders. Total failure here.

UPDATE: As you can see, Hardee's "owner" has replied below, but that is it. No further word from them after I clicked on the link and filled out the information, TWICE. No one from Hardee's has followed up with me. From their lack of customer service, along with the multiple recent negative reviews, it is obvious this place needs a major overhaul in both customer service, food prep, and food temps. Around 9:15 pm may 24th, I ordered my food. I pulled back around at 9:30 pm. -My burger was cold temperature. After sitting at the window for 5 min. The young manger said, "well we're done for the night there is nothing I can do. He refused to give me my money back and talked over me as I was trying to explain to him that this is not how you handle a situation where someone can get sick off of your food. After he said to me, "no listen I am closed and there is nothing I can do". I didn't even waste time saying anything else to this young man. My goal is to prevent this from happening to another customer. I've ordered from this location before with no issues on customer service or the food. I am very disappointed with how this young man handled this. I hope he is retrained on how to handle a situation like this for the future. If a customer gets food poisoning that's a big problem. He needs to be fired or retrained. Hire better people that has manners, respect, and outstanding customer service. More importantly if you're choosing someone for a leadership role make sure they're a fit for the job. Young boy Tennessee has a higher standard than what you did last night, do better. This was my first time coming to this particular Hardee's, me and my boyfriend travel around doing work. This Hardee's was off the exit that we were working. I usually really like Hardee's steak biscuits, I got the Steak Biscuit 3 days in a row, the biscuit was really hard and the steak was very hard as well like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. On the third day I decided to add cheese to my Steak Biscuit in hopes of having a fresh piece of steak, as they usually do in my area. Biscuit was still hard steak was still hard and cold, on the last day I ended up getting an omelette biscuit which was a little bit better and actually had tons of meat in it plus shredded cheese which I have never gotten that any Hardee's it was pretty awesome! I just hate how they make the common biscuits such as bacon egg and cheese steak, sausage biscuits and they sit there for hours under the heat lamp which makes them hard and crunchy. Overall the service was good customer service was nice, they could work on the Steak Biscuits a little more, if you plan on going to Hardee's for a breakfast I would suggest asking for a fresh steak biscuit because they are absolutely not good mediocre.
