When they opened over a year ago, they were probably the best Hardee's I had eaten at. Since then, they've been in the tank. The meat tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. The onion rings were like cardboard and the fries were older then my 2 year old grandson. As mentioned in more the a few reviews, the employees definitely treat white customers poorly. I sat and WATCHED how they treat white customers as opposed to black. They were nasty argumentative with white customers, sometimes cursing under their breath. They treated their black customers as customers are supposed to be treated. I often eat at Niece's a soul food restaurant on Troost and am treated with respect, Hardee's, not so much. The restaurant is across Bannister from the under construction Cerner/Oracle campus. A lot of white professionals will be working in the area shortly, so I highly recommend that you get your management issues resolved, or close your doors. I will no longer be a customer at this location due to there horrid customer service. To begin with we waited nearly 20 minutes at the drive through to get our food, didn't order anything strange to make it take so long and several people behind us in line came and went while we waited. Once we finally received our food I found they had given me the wrong burger (regular cheeseburger instead of bacon double thickburger) I went in to the counter to have them correct this issue. I told the lady at the counter what happened and she said "sorry about that" and went back to the kitchen.
