First off this location needs to brush up on their customer service skills. It takes two extra seconds to tell your PAYING CUSTOMER “thank you”, “have a good day”, or simply smile. I don’t care how busy you are that’s just good customer service 101. They rarely ask for my rewards number, they just shove the sandwich in my face without saying a word. Second, my sandwich is ALWAYS wrong, the window clerk repeats it back to me every time, but it is always either missing something or has something I asked to be left off the sandwich. I’m not the type to complain especially online, but when it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there, that is just lack of focus while making the sandwiches or typing in the order. A mistake here and there is fine with me, but every time is very very frustrating. Especially when given a wrong sandwich without even a simple smile. I will say the one on Camanche Ave is wonderful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered days in advance and pre paid for a party pack. Called 2 hours before pick up to check on order, staff stated would be done by 1, which was my pick up time. I arrived, they not only told me I had the wrong store but as well said I never placed an order or called 2 hours prior to verify order...which I did. After 20 minutes of arguing with me, the driver came back and verified yes, he spoke with me but the forgot about the order. They hurried and threw together my party packs without even apologizing for all the errors on their part. As well, the 2 women working on this day at 1:00 were beyond rude and mean mugging me the whole time instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake. Usually this is a consistent place where the food isn't the best but at least you can purchase food with expectations in a timely manner. I will say this last time we tried the new chicken caesar wrap, it was very disappointing. Barely any chicken if that's what you would even call it as the texture resembled chicken of the sea tuna. Watered down and under portioned at that. Way too much caesar dressing which again, the flavor is debatable. The only reason I was fulfilled was because I had lost my appetite.
