My wife and I stopped by this McDonald's the other night. We waited in the drive-thru line for what felt like forever, even though there weren't many cars. We finally got to the window and had a pretty simple order, two spicy Mcchickens, a large fry, and a sprite. Everything was going fine until the employee, I believe her name was Cadence, handed us the bag and our drinks without saying a word I checked the order and saw we had regular Mcchickens instead of spicy. I politely told her about the mistake, and she just sighed really loudly, like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. She didn't apologize or anything. She just snatched the bag back, muttered something under her breath that I couldn't quite hear, and walked away. I felt like I was bothering her, even though it was their mistake. A few minutes later, she came back and practically shoved the correct order into my hand. Still no apology, no smile, no "enjoy your meal." We drove off, only to find the fries were cold and stale, and the sandwiches weren't much better. It's frustrating because the food wasn't even worth the long wait or the bad attitude. I'm not asking for a lot, just a little basic customer service and decent food. It makes me want to go to a different...
Read more3 stars... Bias review. We should all know what to expect when we go to McDonald's. If you don't it's just something you have to do.. it's quick, cheap, convent... Consistent would be a word Id use in this description.. up until recently. A lot of you may not have notice the Classic Chicken sandwich was taken off the visible menus. It's a $3 same meat as chicken biscuit just on a bun with pickles and the special sauce... I ordered it every day from this McDonald's for many days and many McDonald's without it on shown on menu. It is still pictured on sign advertising$1.$2.$3 menu three feet to the right of drive thru. Seems within the last week depending on who feels like looking up this sandwich button, when working, is when I'm able to order this. So my bias review will change when the employees take a second to look up the button instead of arguing they don't have it and cant make it. Until then I'll just drive by see if they have someone in the window that has served me before and knows anything about pressing buttons or head to the other one 3 more minutes down the road next to pilot who hasnt had this problem yet. Otherwise the employees nice enough some days, and the restaurant is clean on the inside with...
Read moreMy wife and I had an extremely unsatisfactory visit to the McDonald's at 2237 N Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716. We visited the drive-through around 12pm for a simple vanilla iced coffee, but unfortunately, the order came out wrong.
What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. My wife went inside to get the coffee corrected, but the service was just appalling. The employee at the front counter exuded negativity, seemed utterly disinterested in her job, and treated not just us, but every customer, with a shocking lack of courtesy.
Even when the coffee order was finally corrected, the worker just flung it onto the counter, haphazardly announcing it without a care in the world as to who was receiving it. It was a clear display of indifference and disregard for customer service.
In summary, the staff at this McDonald's gave off a strong impression that they had no interest in their work or in assisting their customers, a vibe that will definitely deter us from returning in the future. Such an attitude is not conducive to a positive customer experience and leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this location based on...
