My Husband Ordered A 3 Piece Meal & I Ordered A Chicken Sandwich Meal. He Asked At The Intercom What 3 Pieces Can He Get, She Said “ Any Kind You Want “. We Get To The Window & She Say With An Attitude“ We Don’t Have What You Want, We Only Have Thighs. Do You Want 3 Thighs? “ But My Thing Is Why Wasn’t This Said At The Intercom. Maybe My Husband Wanted Something Else But Because It Was Already Ordered They Didn’t Even Give Him An Option To Change His Order. Now My Order, The Chicken Was Mushy In The Middle. It’s Like They Breaded It Over & Over & Over Again. I Bit Into The Sandwich & Only Had Fried Breading & Bread In My Mouth, No Chicken. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. Mayo Looked Old Like It Has A Dark Tint To It. Pickles Was Still Cucumbers! It Was So Nasty, I Couldnt Even Finish It. And This Was 3 Days Ago, I’m Still Running Back & Forth To The Toilet. & To Put The Icing On The Cake, We Give Our Bank Card To Pay. She Yells Out “ DECLINED “ We’re Confused Because We Know It’s Money On The Card. I’m Like Maybe Because We’re From Illinois & It’s Denying Out Of State Transactions. Read moreLast night around 10:30ish I come here to pick up my online order. I ordered the surf and turf ~ comes with 2 tenders, shrimp, biscuit, and a side. I get to the window and the young lady tells me they don’t have the 2 tenders. I ask for 2 pieces of regular chicken instead. After she communicates with the manager across the room, she tells me they don’t do substitutions. I then ask could I get more shrimp in place of the two tenders they didn’t have. Girl at the window tells me she doesn’t understand….i explained again, she gets a bit irritated, tells me she doesn’t get what im asking for. I tell her one last time, “i ordered the surf and turf. Comes with two meats. But you all are out of one of the meats. I understand you can’t give me two pieces of chicken in place of the tenders, so can I get more shrimp? Shrimp comes with it, so can I get more to make up for the tenders y’all don’t have. I’ve paid for two meats.” She tells me no. She asks for the manager to come to the window. Read moreThis is the worst customer service. My husband was in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only to get hard biscuits and chicken that was fried to long. Once he got home I called the store, the manager told me she would replace the chicken, my husband was like do I have to stay in line for that long period of time she said Sir I cant do nothing about the line. ( she could have said I will drop you some fresh chicken so park on the side and I will bring it out to you) I asked for her name she said ma'am you don't need my name because I am not talking rude to you, I said I do need it, she said what for, I told her I will be calling corporate. I told her my chicken was spicy she said it was not because I only dropped mild. ( They put a spicy wing in my box alone with the breast and thighs she told us we could only have) so I am a liar now. I tried to tell her it was spicy, she got offended and said are yall going to come get this chicken or what so I will know to drop it. I guess we took to long she said we are already short of staff and just hung up in my face. These people need better training or another job. She think I wont get her name and store number but its a matter of time. I remember her, she is always rude looks at you funny and will not speak or great you when she takes your order.
