Sadly, this vegan spot is disappointing. My husband and I ordered the pastrami and the buffalo tofu sandwich. We couldn’t even finish them they were so off putting. The buffalo sauce was not reminiscent of buffalo sauce at all, it was just a dark red spicy sauce with an odd smell. There was a white sauce on the sandwich that had no flavor and it looked haphazardly assembled. The pastrami was very strange..weird choice of toppings and odd flavor.
On top of this, we went in on a Sunday. The place had absolutely no one in it and it took them 25 minutes to put together our two sandwiches with three cooks in the kitchen. There may have been to-go orders? But there was only one person to come pick up a single order during our wait.
Cashier was really nice and atmosphere was cute, but they definitely need some music playing. We sat in silence listening to the cooks’ conversations the whole time we waited which was awkward.

Read moreI wish I had taken photos because what we got doesn’t look like other photos posted.. but the side salad was about 15 limp leaves of mixed greens covered in an oily dressing, my sandwich was fine- the only flavor that came through was salt and onion but sure. The chicken and waffles were 4 undercooked fluffy waffles with no flavor at ALL, no syrup, canned peaches mixed with cinnamon on top and a side of a few sad generic brand fake chicken tenders. No sauce no nothing. $15 a plate. Drove out there from Worcester to try new vegan food for a friends birthday, luckily it was a pretty drive because the food was a joke. Zero effort into any part of making it palatable. Just because it’s vegan doesn’t mean you can’t try a little harder and it feels like a huge rip off money wise. If it was $8 I wouldn’t complain. Also lucky we could sit outside because the inside was reaaaally smoky and the booths had no space between table and seating for two average sized women to sit comfortably. Just stick to the Worcester area for your vegan cafe needs honestly. Better food and...
