Ordered 4 meals to go inside instead of the drive through, because of the car show going on. There were only 2 orders ahead of ours. Waited 30 minutes and never got a number or receipt after paying $56. I waited another 10 minutes for an employee to ask about our food since they were all making ice cream, they finally found my order on their receipt and repeated back the order to make sure it was the right one, and the food was sitting back there the whole time. The food was cold and I didn't get my meal (3 piece chicken strips and fries). I had my 13 yr old and 11 yr old eat their food on the way home, and my son said my food wasn't in the bag when he handed out the food while getting on the express way, and no he didn't eat it or there would've been empty boxes, so it was a waste of money which was NOT cheap, and time for cold and missing food. Normally I don't post many reviews, but when I spend a lot of money at a fast food place for the family after a long morning at karate testing, just to get cold and missing food after 40 minutes, I guess people need to know they should watch the employees do their job and check the food before eating or leaving. Maybe the machine was having issues, maybe it was a trainee that rang it up wrong? Maybe they will do better next timeā¦.
Here are the issues with this very poorly managed DQ. Prices are 20% higher than they should be. ($2.50 for a small cone when it should be 1.99) portions are as small as they can make them (no kidding, a small cone here is smaller than a Jr at EVERY OTHER DQ Iāve ever been to and blizzards are consistently light on ingredients and under filled) staff is borderline rude EVERY TIME (make you repeat orders like they arenāt paying attention, refuse the simplest requests) product is often times runny and has inconsistent texture throughout.
This location is very low value \ low quality \ poor service CONSISTENTLY

Normally if they give you a small strip they give you an extra. They also give you plenty of fries. But, this time we all got 3 small tenders and hardly any fries. Are they downsizing the tenders? Whoever put the food into this box was pretty stingy! We were all very dissatisfied and I had to make food so my family wouldn't be hungry. After spending my money on meals here, It was just not worth it. I am including a picture of what I found on opening my "meal". Pretty sad and pathetic. If this is what a meal means now at this DQ we will go elsewhere for take out.----------------------- I love how after leaving a review you get an automated response with a link that doesn't work. These people don't care about their customers, but they want to make it look like they do. I've downgraded my scores further and won't be buying food from this DQ anymore.
