The absolute worst customer service I've ever received at any autozone. Today I decided to return brake pads, brake calipers, rotors, and tie rods ($456) to the store in Clio after purchasing about a week ago from a few different stores because one store did not have all the parts needed. I explained to the manager (name unknown, heavy set man with gray hair) the situation and that I needed to return the parts. He then told me he would rather not take the $450 loss to return the money to my debit card, and would rather have me take each part back to the 3 separate stores the parts were purchased from. I asked him if it was a policy issue and he openly admitted he was not suppose to deny the return but then again made it known that he would prefer not to return the products because they would be taking a loss. Over and over making me feel like I was a major inconvenience to him while being the only customer in the store Which makes no sense because the parts are all Un-opened and very common parts for 90's style Gmc and Chevy pick up trucks (should be no issue reselling). He then proceeded to tell me to take all the parts to the Bridgeport location and let them handle the return because he couldn't take the loss. Long story short this manager decided it was easier to refuse a measly $450 return than it was to help me out so I didn't have to drive all over 2 towns and return parts. I will never be stepping foot back into the Clio location, laziness at its finest. Really hope the owner is able to see this. Stopped in to Auto Zone and Austin was working talk about a great guy he knew exactly what I needed and got right onto replacing that battery.
