If I could give zero Stars I would. Going through the drive thru I was unsure of the price- I thought it was too much but waited. I went into the location as I had been rang up wrong but had received the correct items. when I got the food I look to see if I had received the right food and the though the outter portion was warm, the middle of the eggs in the food I had ordered were still very cold. The manager was the one who came up to speak to me when I walked in. Her name was Manda or Mandy, something like that. She was awful. She said the way I ordered was wrong.. though the receipt said something completely different than I ordered. She agreed that it was rang up wrong and would refund me the $3. But that the other item was rang up properly and not part of any deals. That was fine. I was mistaken and thought my husband had paid with a card. I asked for a gift card because she told me it would take three to five days to get the card refunded and that I could just purchase the items again. when I asked for a gift card to just purchase it again immediately she said no and Rose her voice at me. I asked her not to raise her voice at me and said I would just like all of the items refunded. When I went outside to get the card my husband explained it was cash. I came back and said that it was cash and that I had made a mistake. She was very unprofessional and rude still. I took the money and went to leave. She told me to have a good day. But at that point I am not sure if she was trying to rein it in or being sarcastic. It was just an an overall awful experience. If I had been rude or spoke in a rude manner I can understand such frustration from someone. But I had said please, thank you, explained the situation, etc. I never want anyone to feel bad. I was surprised that as the manager she would lose her cool and act in such a manner. I will not be back and I do not recommend this...
Read moreThey Rush you at drive though even though you said hold on it’s like you need to know what you want before you come here…. most people don’t know what they want when they go through a drive-through or sometimes they order different things. The patience is definitely NOT there. She’s just like well you can pull up like well I’m not done yet and she’s like a condescending accent as to yeah OK come on. What else do you need then ? This is happened more than one time that I’ve come here. I want to look at the menu. I shouldn’t have to be at home and look at the menu and know what I want before I go there sometimes like I said people want different things . I have nearly left the two times that I’ve come here without my drink because they made no indication to remind me that my drink was even being made which is also a little my fault also but I have a kid in the car so it’s like I’m trying to get them to be quiet and focused on them / Figuring they would give me my whole order Definitely stress through this drive though they also gave me my sandwich not in a bag just wrapped up some of these things they do.
