Because of the horrible costumer service we will not be returning.... I bought a coffee in the morning and asked for it to be warm when driving down the highway I took a sip and burned my mouth, listed on the coffee reciept was extra hot. I did tell them I wanted it warm and not Hot. Which was not the worst part. That I can understand simple mistake. I couldnt drink my coffeee on the way to work so It sat in my car. after work around 7 I drove back to star bucks just to talk to the manager to see if I could get a new one. I walked in and two counter girls with giggling with eachother and took them a few seconds to see if I needed anything. I asked if the manager was around and the blonde said yes and asked why I needed to speak with him, I told her I just would like to talk to the manager... The two girls looked at each other still giggling and then said that they are the managers ... It took them awhile for them to decided which one was going to help me. I was very annoyed. I mean I am a costumer it was like they were rock paper scissoring it to see who was going to help me. I told her what happened , and she said she could give me a coupon, looked at me with a dumb face and didnt not explain what the coupon was for. I just asked for my money back. She then said she could make me another coffee and I said no I would just like my money back so I can go home... she looked at the other girl and I asked again, then she gave me my money.
I did call the next morning and explained what happened to the day shift manager, and she was very sorry and offered to make me a free coffee with a FREE...
Read moreToday, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I went out for my usual morning run with my dog and decided to go through the drive-thru to get a coffee. I waited patiently, but no one attended to me. I respectfully approached the window, only to be ignored and refused service for no valid reason.
What hurt the most wasn’t just the poor service — it was the way I was treated. I truly felt discriminated against, for being Mexican, for the color of my skin. There was no other explanation for the way I was treated, except a clear prejudice that made me feel invisible, like I didn’t deserve even the most basic respect.
It’s unacceptable that things like this are still happening in 2025, especially at a company that claims to stand for inclusion and respect. Today, I wasn’t just denied a coffee. I was made to feel like I was less. And that’s something I won’t...
Read moreThis is consistently one of the slowest starbucks locations I've ever been to in the country. Their drive through often has a line that blocks traffic in the street. I've never been able to get through the drive through in less than 15 minutes. Today I had a 20 minute gap in schedule and thought I'd get a coffee before my next appointment. I started in the line for the drive through, but it didn't move for 5-10 minutes. So I decided to park and go inside hoping the line would be shorter. It was... Only 1 person in front of me. But I stood in line there for exactly 8 minutes. I counted at least 5 employees. One at the window, one at the register and at least 3 just watching how slow their co-workers were. I ended up leaving without ordering because I had to get to an appointment. I had 20 minutes to get a coffee. Instead I waited in line until my...
