If I could put 0 stars I would, the manager was rude and was being racist. I came in to try to the strawberry milk and when they asked for what type of milk I wanted I said whole milk but they put oat milk instead. We did tell them and of the employees did apologize which I understand. My original order however I did order less ice for both drinks however one of the employees was putting too much ice so I told her that there was too much ice however she took almost all of the ice out basically way too little ice. I told her that I did ask for less ice but not no nice either. She got very mad and threw the drinks in the sink. The other employee told us he was gonna give us a refund and I said I wanted to talk about what the other employee did and he gave us the card to call the manager and said that we could leave the store several times not letting us talk. We left and we decided to call the manager, when the phone was picked up we started to explain what happened the person hung up the phone. Later we decided to call again and the manager answered. We explained what happened and the manger said that we’re known in the store for talking bad about them in Spanish when we never did, that is literally racism. We told her that we were gonna report this especially for racism. She also didn’t let us talk and told us that it was best for everyone that we find another boba shop. WAY toooo sweeet and we got 25% sweetness. Didn’t even taste like tea just sugar milk/coffee creamer. We got the Hokkaido tea which literally tasted like coffee creamer at 25% sweet and the black milk tea at 25% sweet just didn’t taste like they put any tea in it. It tasted like sugar and milk.

It honestly wasn’t even drinkable and we tried asking the baristas if we could get a different drink because they said the drink was naturally sweet. But they were gonna make us pay for a new drink. I don’t know why they wouldn’t try to make it right, we were trying to be very kind about it!

Great for any day, season and time. Delicious boba and desert place. My husband and I tried this a couple weeks ago. We both definitely loved it. I got a mango/ passion fruit slushy with mango jellies and he got a mango/kiwi slushy with mango jellies. Both were delicious, refreshing and just plain satisfying.

I then went the next day after my nail appointment at trust nails for a almond brown sugar milk tea with coffee jellies. That was just the perfect mid day pick me up for this pregnant lady. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try for the first time because they have more than just bubble tea here. Which is nice to see and easy to recommend to everyone.
