Honestly, corporate needs to buy this restaurant back from whatever dingus in this town owns it. The night crew is the absolute worst, you could get awful food at anytime to be honest, it’s just guaranteed with their night crew. I stop here occasionally in the middle of the night because it’s the only place open besides Kwik trips. For about a year now, every time I stop at night I’m served food so awful I may actually have a better chance at finding something edible in their dumpster. So many times I’ve been served undercooked quarter pounders or burgers with the bun burnt black and fries that are so cold there is no way they are following their 8-minute rule on fries. One of their favorite things to do is to fill half of the fries up with old fries, and then top it off with new fries so when customers try them the first few fries are hot, but the rest are cold. Unacceptable at $5 for a large fry. Another thing they do is make you pull forward and then forget about you after you’ve already paid. They do this because when they pull you forward, they clear your order so it appears as it went out on time to corporate-even though it didn’t, you were forgotten about and had to go inside to get your food, which is now cold. They’ve done this to me about 5 times over the past year, especially if someone in the car ordered the 13 pack of cookies. Last night was the final straw when I spent close to $14 on food and it ALL had to go in the trash. I sat behind a car in the Drivethru for 10-15 minutes and then received burgers so cold the cheese did not melt on it, and the cheese slices themselves were so cold it felt like they were taken straight from the fridge and slapped on the cold meat patty, no attempt to even melt it. I don’t expect the best quality from McDonald’s, but oh my god, my food should not feel like it came straight from a refrigerator it’s so cold. I’ve heard from someone who works there that a lot of the time it is the managers telling the kitchen to put out nasty food, and the manager working night shift on 3/24/24 at about 2am looked to be about 15 years old. I guess anyone can be management now. I know working fast food sucks, I did it for a decade. The place I worked did plenty of nasty things behind closed doors, but if anyone served food like that we would have been taken out back and shot. I guess the next step is to start gathering mounds of evidence and send it to corporate in hopes they’ll take action, because all the awful reviews seem to be a how-to guide for the owners instead of things they need...
Read moreMy family was headed up north with our truck and 20ft boat. We tried to go inside the lobby to order. The lobby was closed til 11am due to covid... Every other restaurant allows people to sit and eat at this time except McDonald's and Burger King.. McDonald's drive thru does not allow our truck and boat to go through easily. I ordered curbside to go... The curbside parking areas also do not allow for a truck with a trailer. I grabbed my umbrella and stood in the rain while waiting for my order. I watched many drive thru customers pass. After waiting over 5-7 minutes I noticed others walk into the resturaunt and I followed. There were multiple Doordash staff waiting in the lobby. I was asked if I was a Doordash employee. I stated no. I was then directed to exit the resturaunt. I asked to stay inside since it was raining and there was 6 minutes until the lobby was open. I was declined and sent back into the rain. I exited and waited. When my food was brought to me the staff stated "Well, you ordered 12 sausage McMuffins" with a rude tone. I guess I won't order extra and give this McDonald's my money. I am not sure why McDonald's doesn't have their lobby open and does not sell their breakfast menu all day because of Covid. Other resturaunts have figured it out. Covid regulations have declined. This was not a kind way to treat customers (especially allowing Doordash inside to wait out of the rain). If you won't allow your lobby to open... Make your other areas accessible to all types...
Read moreWent to this location for the first time in a while. Decided to take my grandmother, we ordered loud and clear. The worker did not get all our food on there, one second our food was on the screen and the next it's not on the receipt. Asked at the second window if I could pay for the two shakes they forgot to give me ( the ones that were for my grandma and little cousin ) she said our Manager said you can't and gotta pull around the drive thru again. So grandma ended up getting really upset and said just forget it. This isn't the first time that this location has messed up our orders. Wish I could give it no stars, because it wasn't busy in the drive thru, the workers can't listen or even take a simple order. 0/10 wouldn't recommend...
