I would give it 0 stars if I could. The floors, tables and bathrooms are always dirty. I never get their bakery goods because they are always so dry and not fresh. I asked for iced coffee twice and gave me an Americano both times which they charged me extra for. When I was studying today, one worker told me I had to buy something which is never the rule. When I refused they shut down the WiFI and the worker told me it was off for the day when it is clearly always on. Terrible service, bad manners from workers and the environment is so dirty. When I told the worker look at the bakery crumbs on the floor, he replied "you made that mess." I clearly did not because it was dirty when I arrived and I did not order anything. Learn how to clean this place, make BETTER coffee, CORRECT your orders, notify your customers of extra charges, TELL your customers you do not serve iced coffee and be nicer to your non-Korean customers.

Absolutely ridiculous experience here today. Only 1 person in front of us, and she was unable to complete her transaction. The cash register got jammed, and the other one was already not working. Everyone working there with the exception of the cashier just kept doing busy work apart from helping customers. The cashier had no idea what to do, called someone more experienced, and then nothing happened. He said he couldn’t do anything. I asked if we could pay cash. No. I asked if they could at least start out drinks while they sorted it out. No. 20 minutes later I told him we were leaving, he said to go out my food back, after we had put it on a plate and after all that ridiculousness. Between walking there and back and the wait, waste of hour. This place needs better management. Terrible experience.

This was my first time checking this place out. I went in and saw some of theirs cakes and they looked pretty good.

I asked one of the employees for help and she was very helpful. I ended up purchasing the strawberry Tiramisu #2 and I have to say it tasted super good very creamy wasn’t super sweet the strawberry tasted very good. The cake overall was awesome I really enjoyed it.

The lady told me that they make these cakes daily . So that’s pretty cool. I also got these hotdog(franks) rolls and they were also very tasty as well and enjoy them.

I also got their milk bread which was also good.

It’s a nice little place definitely I will return to try out the other cakes they have.

Price wise I don’t know to me the price felt fine with the amount of stuff I purchased.
