worst retail experience ever. Bought 2 shirts for in-store pickup. Within 5 minutes of ordering, one of the shirts was canceled because they didn't have it in stock. So I drive 20 minutes to get to the store, and get in line for in-store pickup. Guy comes over and asks for my name and then says ok and just walks away. The woman at the register finishes with the customer in front of me and asks if im being helped, so i reply "i don't know he took my name and walked away". So she replies "oh yes he's going to get your order". It would have been nice if he told me where he was going, and it would make alot more sense to have the orders behind the in-store pickup counter and not somewhere else.. anyway. So the guy comes back and makes me sign for the shirt and off I go. I walk out of the front door and look at the shirt and its an XL, not the L that I ordered. So now I have to go wait on line again, and tell the lady he gave me the wrong size. She asks the girl next to her if they have it in a large, in which she replies "no we don't". Then she says "why would they mark it okay if we don't have the size" -- THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING!!! THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!! So now Im like okay I need a refund. (which was another horrendous experience) They apparently couldn't refund the amount ($8) onto the credit card that I used to purchase it with because the order apparently wasn't in their system yet because "it was so soon". So they had to give me a cash refund instead. But in order to give me cash I had to insert my credit card into their machine, then give them my drivers license, then wait for someone with the authority to authorize the $8 cash refund... horrible process, horrible customer service, not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" I will never come back to this tiny little...
Read moreThe absolute worst Target. If you're looking for something, including an employee to help you, go somewhere else. Never has anything in stock. Target's website gives information on what they have in stock and what they do not. DO NOT TRUST IT WITH THIS TARGET. It always is wrong. A mistake I have made repeatedly. Today, I went over to try and purchase a copy of Spiderman 2. I checked their video game isle and saw nothing. I searched for the employee who usually is somewhere in their electronics area and saw no one. Finally I spotted someone assisting another customer and I waited for them to finish up. As soon as they finished the employee took off in the opposite direction and literally ran away. I spotted him speaking to another employee and as I walked over again he took off, but I spoke with the other employee. As the game was released today, maybe it's still in the back. It happens. It looked like everyone in the store was stocking items at the moment. Now I know they certainly have copies of this game somewhere in the store as it's one of the largest video game releases of the year and their website says they have it in stock. I asked an employee to check and he responded, "If it's not on the shelf, we don't have it." No check on the computer. No walk to the back. No call over the radio. Nothing except a complete disregard for the request I was making. I put the rest of my items down and walked out. Never again. This place is repeatedly useless and always a frustrating...
Read moreSmaller than usual Target, meaning the stock is naturally less - and that is surely the case here.
This Target is a little more 'upscale' than usual Targets, but it doesn't mean as much as they try to make it appear. It looks like another business in some ways.
Lines weren't bad and I was able to go right up to the self checkouts without any issue.
I had zero interaction with employees - which is the norm in Targets in general - but no complaints. I didn't get that 'unwelcome' vibe that Target employees usually give off, so I guess that's a good thing.
Parking lot is busy, but spacious enough. It could've been designed a little better, but it's not Target's fault as it occupies the land with several other businesses.
Upscale doesn't always mean better and in this case, it certainly doesn't. Again, this is a smaller Target location - so if you're familiar enough with Target and what they carry, you might not find what you're looking for here. It's an okay location, but nothing more and one I'd probably never return to unless I'd have no...
