The Pizza Man — Restaurant in Clover

When I first starting using these guys, they were the best. I used to brag, tell my neighbors, always recommended them. Food was amazing, and customer service was great. The delivery driver that drives the loud pickup was the best, older gentleman. Now, it’s just not there anymore. I order food still mainly because it’s convenient. We never know if we will get all of our food, or a rude driver, when the food will show up. I ordered one night and the food showed up two hours later, and what made it worse is they forgot half the order. So I gave my food to my friend, since the driver stated he would be back with the rest. Over an hour later a different driver shows up with it. I honestly wanted to leave a five star review for these guys. Just can show you that kinda support. Unfortunately now, it’s gotten to where they forget so much stuff, we have to watch them because it’s adding up. They forget the drinks, ranch, a calzone. Just not professional. Train your drivers, simple training can go a long way. The dialogue, when you knock on someone’s door, step down and wait to be greeted. Don’t bang on the door like you’re serving a warrant. Take pride. Same with cooking and making sure peoples food arrives on time. Hopefully the resturant does some self reflecting and corrections. Too much...

Update #2: I was never credited. My bank account was never refunded nor did my pizza man account have a credit amount and they have since changed ordering platforms.

I'll give them another shot because we want to support our hometown's local businesses and not every business tries to right the wrongs and that alone is much appreciated.

This is the third time recently that I have ordered from Pizza Man and not been satisfied because my order was WRONG. Today I ordered two EXTRA large pizzas and received just large for both One pizza was supposed to have half mushroom and olives AND extra cheese and it OBVIOUSLY DID NOT have extra cheese. My other pizza was supposed to be pepperoni with half of it with mushrooms & olives and it also had green pepper. What if we had an allergy to peppers?

I hadn't eaten all day so I wasn't about to wait for them to remake them but I'm going to learn this lesson and just start driving the extra 5 minutes to Bellacino's in Gastonia so I can get what I actually paid for.

I made a takeout order to this place today I would have to say I ordered for 16-in extra large cheese pieces one tulip pepperoni and two with cheese I ordered a cheese steak sub from this place too I would honestly have to say this is the only place that I found so far that has 16 inch extra large cheese pizzas I would also have to say I'm from up North I'm from Baltimore their Pizza is probably about the best pizza I've had in about 15 years even when it comes to Domino's Papa John's Pizza Hut or Little Caesars their Pizza is probably about the best pizza I've had out of all of them what I would unfortunately have to say about it is when I come to that Cheesesteak Subs their Cheese Steak Subs are they're not nasty but they are not a cheesesteaks up to me one they're too dry the second thing is they put a little too much seasoning with it but I'm a pizza person and this is the only reason why I'm writing this review is because this was probably about the best pizza I've had in 15 years but they could offer...
