I work two jobs and left during lunch to pick up an decorated mini Easter cake (not bundt). Made a special drive out there. They barely had any left and it was flavors my kids won't eat (needed vanilla or chocolate) and I was told they won't restock their cakes for Saturday!!!! Either allow people to place orders or holds for small cakes (I've tried to order custom but the only option is a larger cake) or offer less styles and only offer the most popular design in basic flavors and save some to sell on Friday and Saturday. Another option is to sell the holiday cakes by preorder and pickup only via online this way everyone that follows her social media has a chance to buy them, then the storefront can continue to sell regular offerings. People that work traditional jobs with a commute to Charlotte don't have the ability to buy the most popular items, we only get weekend leftovers...I'll pass unless changes are...

Creativity; outside the box thinking. I happen to be in Clover couple days ago setting up for an event at an additional business. I own a food truck that loves to think outside the box; innovation is key! Carlee and her team has that charismatic love for they provide. It’s not just a cupcake, it’s the smile you see when you give it to someone you care about. It’s not one of those store made cheesecake. I could tell when I was on my way home and cracked my fingers in the bag and got a bite of Big Debbie(I think that’s the name of it); I knew right then I had made a mistake… I didn’t buy enough and would need to make another trip to Clover over an 1hr 30 minutes away to get more.
