Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Clute

I visited this store on April 30, 2021 @ 1:48pm my order number was 28. I have visited this location many times before, but this was my most recent visit. The person taking orders in drive thru is quite rude and very hard to understand. The person at the window handing out food and receiving payment is very easy to understand and very friendly. It is always like this. They should switch roles, but that's not the main problem with this Popeyes. The problem is that anytime I order a sandwich with extra sauce, it is literally entirely covered in sauce outside of bun and all. I'm pretty sure it is the woman taking the order causing it because it only happens like this when she is working. Like it's such an inconvenience to push the extra sauce button that she's going to teach the customer a lesson by saturating your food in it or she has...

Bad customer service. The girl who took my order at the drive thru window told me to go around and park by the 2 doors because they were out of biscuits and in the process of making more. Noticed the same girl who took my order at the window walked out with two other employees and left. So after waiting and waiting, I decided to go inside and ask. The girl inside had no clue I was waiting for my food outside. They were not busy at all and had alot of biscuits, so why did I have to wait? Communication between employees needs improvement. Only reason why they get one star is because the food was okay .I thought this one was better than the Lake Jackson one but I guess I was wrong....

This place needs to teach there employees to have customers service. I went to the Eric thru and the girl that was there was rude. She gave me an attitude. I ordered the 6.99 special and it has two pieces of chicken and two sides and a biscuit. First of all, I asked the girl if I can make it to a combo with a drink and she told me “There is no combo”.I asked her to add a drink and it was like I was asking for it for FREE. Then I see the chicken, I got one thigh and a small wing. It was a waste of money. I got home and there was no fork or napkins in the bag.
