If I could rate this store properly it would be zero stars. This was my first time at this location and it will be the last. While placing an order the lady said she could not hear me so I raised my voice louder so she could hear. I repeated my order 3 times and she told me I didn't have to yell at her. I politely told her I'm sorry but you said you couldn't hear me. When at window to pay my husband asked her ma'am how much was it again. She replied "I already told you how much it was." Then she told her co worker I just need to go home and close my door so I don't have to deal with these rude people. I immediately told her that is no way to talk in front of a customer and that's bad customer service. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on duty. We canceled our order and went to whataburger instead. I called to find out who was the shift manager on duty spoke to Arturo he said lady at window was Teresa and store manager was out. On way back to Houston, starved from being near beach all day. Had a grilled steak stuffed burrito in mind.
Lobby still open well after 10pm, good thing for me. Drive thru was stacked.
Menu displays are turned off, thought they were closing, wasn't going to bother and cashier asked if I needed something. Replied just a grilled steak burrito, and was told that I have to use the Kiosk behind me. Okay...
After several minutes of placing the order, not inintuitive at all, got to point to pay, and it doesn't want to use nfc off watch. No worries. Pulled out card, done.
Got order, left. Somebody misread easy shredded cheese, and piled it on. Misread no nach cheese, added anyways. Asked for, and charged for, red sauce. But didn't taste like it. Yes, receipt reflected choices.
My issue is the Kiosk. If it is mandatory, I will go to Taco Bueno, Taco Casa, etc. Ots already Nad enough app orders are pooched, no change with Kiosk. And all will be mandatory in December...

The girl next to her rudely told her she had my boxes and told her to ask me if I had drinks. I paid extra for large drinks, but they gave me medium, and at that point I was just ready to go. I told them I also had 4 other single items and the rude girl assured me they were in one of the boxes. I checked the top one and there was nothing extra then as I was driving around checked the other and still nothing. I parked and went inside. There was a line all the way to the door and several other upset customers with messed up orders. Hopefully Taco bell in Lake Jackson is back open for business because I'm not looking forward to going back into...
