Wendy's — Restaurant in Coal Run Village

I am very concerned about what is being labeled "Food" coming out of that window at the Wendy's drive-through. I know that may sound facetious and just being a jerk about it, but I am very serious.

it has been a couple of years since I had ate at Wendy's, so I pulled in and tried their five dollar variety bag. I am sorely regretting my decision. The chicken did not even appear to be processed chicken. It was definitely not a fillet, and I could not identify it as processed chicken. I'm not sure what it was, but it did not taste like chicken, the texture was not chicken, I am pretty confident it was not chicken. Same goes with the bread. There is something off with their bread. It's just not natural.

Just ran through the drive-thru at my local Wendy's. The girl that took my money was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the guy who brought me the food just stuck the bag out the door and when I grabbed it and said thanks he turned and left. After I got home and checked the food out I see why he left so fast. My spicy chicken sandwich only had a piece of very old fried chicken between the buns. No lettuce, tomato, condiments, nothing. And my baked potato unfortunately was clearly ripped open by two hands. There were basically four finger holes in the potato. I'm sure it's probably routine to rip the potato or smash it open etc. Very well could be Wendy's policy and procedures but gloves or no gloves, It was kind of gross seeing basically finger holes in my baked potato. Hopefully next...

The food is good. However, the place is very dirty in the restaurant and the bathrooms are filthy. I have never been in a more dirty or filthy restaurant and public restroom. I have stopped here once a week for the last three weeks working in the area. The toilets in the women's restroom have not flushed either time. There is human feces all over the toilets and toliet seat. The toilets will not flush. There is water all over the floors. In the counter area of the restaurant p the floors are wet and very slick. I almost fell. I witnessed another lady who was elderly almost fall when she slid in the wet floor. I have told the employees each time I have been there about the restroom and the floors. They simply ignore me.
