Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience here. Went there today (3/3/2025 around 3:30PM). The two ladies behind the counter ignored me and another gentlemen who were waiting for 10 minutes while they did things behind the counter and in the back area. They were preparing one (1) drink order for someone who ordered in front of me. But they did not acknowledge that we were waiting. Finally, I was told by one worker that she would be with me in a moment. She proceeded to pause making the drink she was working on, changed the trash, exchanged banter with her co-worker who also ignored us and continue to prepare the one order she made. She never took my order. The man behind me gave up and left. Then I eventually gave up. I said nothing to them, so I was not rude. It was not busy. I was literally the only other customer. I sat down inside for a while. They noticed I sat down and still never came over to apologize or ask if I still needed to order. I was the only customer for over 30 minutes. It would have been better if either of the workers would have taken my order and the other persons order, complete the one order she was working on and then prepare our orders. Taking our orders would have made it less awkward and put us in the mindset to wait a little longer. I literally only wanted a hot tea. Read moreWent here on the 21st, on my birthday with my boyfriend and baby, it's local and I love coffee! Has great reviews. We got some pastries and those were good, but... a Cappuccino is supposed to be made with espresso, not regular coffee. I asked for a sweetener and they didn't put any at first. So we went back and asked for them to add just a little sweetener in, and then they put so much that it wasn't drinkable. I blamed myself at first, so I went and ordered another one and asked if I can just get regular sugar this time, and the woman gave me a crazy look, and I paid and tipped again. When I got my "Cappuccino" it was still a Latte, with more syrup than the last one... sweeter than my lemon loaf, it was so bad. We both tried and couldn't drink that crap, my boyfriend told me to leave a review for you guys. He also said you should let the customer know that you have to brew the tea, because 10min later, he thought you guys forgot about his order and felt bad asking where it was. He's disappointed about the employees' miscommunication and that he wasted his time and money, and we went to starbucks drive-thru after. There was only 1 person that was working and it was busy, so I understood that it was going to take a little longer than usual. I felt so bad that the barista was just by himself. Looked like he had online orders and had people in line. I wanted to write this review because there was a couple that clearly have never worked in the industry before to understand the situation. This gentlemen named Leland was diligently working through the orders and dealing with guest at the same time to make sure everyone was attended to. These couple was just extremely rude and VERY aggressive. I come there often and Leland has always been so pleasant and efficient, he handled them really well because I would’ve just refused service. Since I’ve worked in the industry to know. So I just wanted to leave a review since I over heard the gentleman he was going to write a bad review on his way out.
