Born in Trenton NJ where the best Tomatoe Pie and Pizza exists on the planet until all the Restaurants moved to suburbia and now it's scattered. Anyhow I've been up and down the coast of Florida and most of the pizza places couldn't make anything close to what we are used to up north. I hear things like the water or the humidity or the dew point or Florida is too close to the sun, basically every excuse possible. Bizzaro pizza is the best I ever had in Florida, the crust is excellent. One of my twins ate 3 slices and she has a small appetite. We ordered a pie to try it out like Russian roulette with most pizza places in the state. Well two days later we ordered another large and a scicilian and a calzone. The scicilian was awesome like I had when I was a child. Not precooked and cooked again, no it was like a pillow which is exactly how a scicilian should be. They have a grandmom pie too but that is different from THE PILLOW PIE. Very very good can't wait to go back. I'm shocked that such a place exists. And they do use local water fellahs, so those who have bad pizza no more Fn excuses time to game up. It’s just pizza or Trenton Style Tomatoe Pie which basically is upside down pizza in...
Read moreI’ve eaten here several times and have never had an issue until today. It’s been about 5 months since I’ve had their food but today the garlic knots were inedible. The were so hard and dense and burnt as if they were old reheated bread. Usually they are in a container so you can soak up the butter for flavor but not today. They were so nasty I had to throw them away after one bite. I also purchased the chicken Piccata which is one of my favorite dishes. It was a great size portion and would have been fantastic if it weren’t so overly seasoned making it too salty to eat. Again I had to throw it away. And believe me when I say I love salt in my food but this was also inedible. $29 I had to throw away. I hope this was their one off day or they correct these issues but unfortunately I won’t be returning. I just didn’t feel the passion in them for what they’re doing. Lack of passion kills the food quality. Hopefully they can correct that because it used...
Read moreMy husband and and I were craving pizza and I did a Google search and ran into bizarro‘s. So we went there and grabbed two slices of pizza. I think this has to be one of the best pizzas I have ever tried. Remind me of the pizza growing up when I was a kid and being Italian that’s something. We got so hooked on it that almost every day we were stopping in for a slice of pizza. I even ordered the pizza for my cousin and his girlfriend came over. They originally told me it would be there for delivery at 4:30 to 445 but they actually came 4 o’clock on the nose, which surprised me. I would definitely go back there again if I’m in the area because I am hooked on bizarro. Wish I had one in Arkansas. The cook and the person taking my order all times were very polite and friendly. I chose takeout, but it was both takeout and delivery that...
