My daughter and I were barely in the door and near the counter when we were greeted by 3 people. Before we got to the counter the lady asked, "Did you have the mobile orders _ for Sophia". I was looking around as though she couldn't be talking to me because I've never experienced service so fast at McDonald's before. Lol. One lady was helping another customer at the register and even she knew my order and was telling the other lady about the milkshakes we ordered! Nowadays, you don't see that kind of team work! I'm a disabled veteran and I am used to that type of closeness and teamwork. You can tell that this is a happy team that works together and that they compliment each other as teammates! It was literally the highlight of my day! They spoke to EVERYONE that came in and out of the door while I was there! Everyone was greeted and made to feel like they mattered. This is the kind of McDonald's that needs a Christmas commercial! You can tell they like working with others and that they don't mind doing multiple jobs. The young lady that got our food also came and mopped the floor FAST! Lol. She cleaned the floor and it dried before she even put the wet floor signs down! Lol. AND this restaurant is EXTREMELY CLEAN! What a great crew! EVERYONE was working together, not just the people up front! This McDonald's is a well oiled machine! This is the kind of crew that I wish for my daughters to be apart of. When we got to the car, I told my daughter that I was doing a survey and she said, "Yeah! The one lady was multitasking! She was cleaning up, talking to people in the drive thru and taking my order!" đ She was so excited to tell me that. The last McDonald's we went to they were fussing and cussing and I saw roaches and refused to even help each other out. This is definitely NOT LIKE ANY OTHER MCDONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Or any fast food restaurant for that matter!! Give them a heartwarming Christmas commercial! And a raise for going above and beyond and just being great at their jobs!! Seriously!! Thank you McDonald's...
Read moreDonât usually go to McDonaldâs for anything other than 2 coffees in the morning for me and my husband. 1 with cream and 1 black. They have a hard time getting this right for some reason (putting sugar or cream in the black coffee, handing me a hot coffee when I ordered an iced coffee, etc.) Not a huge deal. Iâll usually just let them know before I drive off if something is wrong. Iâm never rude about it, I understand itâs busy in the mornings. (Made the mistake of not checking recently when they were really busy and got home to find sugar in my black coffee... )Anyways, Iâm finally leaving a review after going to this McDonaldâs for 4 years. This morning I went through the drive through as usual for my two coffees (One with ONE cream and one black.) I get to the 1st window and the girl starts to repeat the order back. Says the words âextra creamâ for the one with cream so I quickly correct her by saying âOh, no, the one with cream is just supposed to have ONE cream, not extra...â Snaps back at me with a âUhhhh yeah, thatâs what I just said...â Definitely not what she said, but whatever. I was so caught off guard by how she responded to me. I reply âIâm sorry, I thought I heard you say extra cream...â (which she did, Iâm just trying to be nice..) I barely finish my sentence before she can let out a big âNOPE!â Now, I apologize that I have to make sure my order is right every single morning, and Iâm sure thatâs just so annoying for the employee, but there was no need to be nasty with me. Over a âmisunderstandingâ. (Seriously though, I actually expect them to get the order wrong, so thatâs why I make sure Iâm listening to what they say when they are repeating the order back in case I need to correct them. So I definitely heard what she said...) Long story short, I wonât be wasting my money here anymore since now theyâre serving a big, ugly side of attitude with my incorrect...
Read moreI went to this McDonald's at midnight for one they took almost 10 minutes to take my order without saying anything . Then I order my food and nothing was coming up on the screen so I could not see what my order was . I get up to the window and the price seems to much for what I ordered. I also had a $2 off a $10 purchase so I pay and check my recipet. They put 2 extra double cheese burgers on my order and no $2 taken off from my coupon. Not a big deal that was an easy fix . But I get up to the window where you pick up your food and tell the guy at the window what happened . He told me to pull forward so he can keep his line moving and the manager would come out . No problem . I sat outside for about 10-15 minutes no one came out . The lobby was closed so I could not go inside . So I call the McDonald's and explain the situation and the manger says he can not come outside so I would have to go through the line . When I get to the drive through there are now 6 cars ahead of me when I could have already been at the window if the guy did not tell me to pull forward. So I sit in this line for literally 45 minutes . I get to the window the manger comes, I explain again he said so what do you want me to do I said I want a refund they gave me a bag of food then took it back and told me to pull forward . I have been sitting here for almost an hour with nothing . I just wanted my money back . He does the refund then says "sorry" and walks away . The guy taking orders was still at the window and I said so I have been sitting here for an hour and thats all I get? He closed the window in my face rolled his eyes and acted as if I was not there . I am calling corporate on this McDonald's and they will never get a penny from me again . An hour at McDonald's and I had nothing to eat. Rude employees and managers who do not care about...
