This evening on 10/12/25 @ 9:15:10pm There was 3 female workers behind counter tonight working at dairy queen! When I walked into the store one of the girls I seen with dark curly hair was rolling her eyes about me to another female worker which i ignored while speaking to my friend who was just involved in a very bad accident and was dealing with very tragic news! I observed one of the female workers making icecream for another worker/ manager in the back of restaurant?? There was 3 female workers 1 in the back office and 2 up front waiting on customers! There was 2 customers in front of me including a subway worker next door who they waited on and then proceeded to make me stand at the register for about 4 min twiddling my fingers while they continued to roll eyes and give attitude towards my direction for no reason? I don't understand why they could not ring up 1 last customer me then go and complete order so this way nobody feels singled out like I felt. I then fill out servey for a free DILLY BAR it reads in part ENJOY FREE DILLY BAR ON US! SCAN THE QR CODE AT THE BOTTOM TO COMPLETE A BRIEF SERVEY IN NEXT 3 DAYS. VALDATION CODE WITH A LONG LINE I RECIVED THE CODE OFF YOUR WEBSITE? THE MANGER/ WORKER STARTED YELLING AT ME YOUR DOING IT WRONG THAT IS NOT HOW ITS DONE? SHE WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE RECIPT TO VERIFY WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT? "SEE PHOTO ATTACHED BELOW" I then explain that i would call and speak to there corporate office about the issue and they just let disgruntled customer walk right out of store! Because I don't want them to make me upset then call the local police department on me claiming I was rude to them when I was not! They allso failed to have ice cream blizzard served upside down as advertised when serving ice cream to customers which they would allso not offer a FREE BLIZZARD to customer as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI keep coming back to the place and I honestly don't know why. The first time I went I ordered for pick-up, I get there and I have to wait in line for 15 minutes to be told that the machine is broken. (Which I heard is a frequent occurrence). I waited for 30-40 more minute on top of that for my PICKUP order. (Only three people working). Not to mention, when I received my blizzard after that much time, the employee had busted the bottom of the cup and decided to put another cup under it to solve the problem. It didn't help because when I was handed the cup, it was dripping all over the place. How am I suppose to drive home like that?? Tonight I came back and had the same issue with waiting. There are only two young girls working there and they were continuously going to the back. It would take them 7 minutes to make one blizzard. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:12pm, I got there at 9:20pm. I didn't leave until 10pm!! Unreal. On top of that, they messed one of my blizzards up completely. I don't understand why there is such an issue. It gets worse... My friend who is an ex-employee at this Dairy Queen told me many DISGUSTING things the owners encourage. One of them being to screw over customers when ordering a certain item on the menu. (To be specific, there is an item that is a combo that includes a sundae but most people don't know that it is included so they order an ice cream on the side. The workers are told to charge normal price on the combo with the sundae that they don't serve and the ice cream the customer orders). My friend also said they use expired milk for the coffee's etc. To add, the owner apparently is always watching these teens from security cameras, kind of weird....? Come into work? It's ridiculous and I won't be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNow usually I donāt write reviews, but I had to for this place! Every Sunday around 12-1pm, my husband, my son, and I come in for our weekly ice cream as a treat for my son(who is autistic). Gabriella, the young woman working behind the counter (sometimes even alone!) every Sunday, is always incredibly kind and welcoming. We have had many encounters before from other places with rude encounters towards our son and his accommodations but Gabriella has always been respectful and super helpful. A few times, Iāve seen it get a little busy but she always stays on top of it quickly with a smile. Whether it be helping customers, online orders, or bringing those beautiful cakes to the front. She seems to do it all! The soft serve is a perfect consistency for my son and his sensory issues and we all look forward to it every week. Have no complaints about this place whatsoever. This is a thank you to Dairy Queen and Gabriella for giving us a tasty and welcoming place to go to every Sunday. 5...
