Boy, was I wrong. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting sales associate, Ana, who has been nothing short of amazing. I'm very big on customer service and even if a store has excellent items, I will not do business there if the customer service is not satisfactory. I feel customer service sets the tone of what you will experience in the future. I immediately fell in love with quite a few of the pieces that were on the floor but Ana helped me put it all together. Being that I'm very indecisive, Ana was instrumental in helping me put my thoughts together and choosing the right pieces that would compliment my style and living space. She is very knowledgeable with the products, gives great advice with design and very honest with selections which is very important to a consumer. Ana has been more than a sales associate. I can tell she genuinely cares about her customer's wants and she puts her customer's happiness as priority and provides excellent service. In briefly speaking with other El Dorado employees at this location, they are all very pleasant and professional but I make sure I see Ana whenever I visit. During the pandemic, there have been challenges outside of El Dorado's and Ana's control but she makes it a point to keep me updated and to provide me with all of my available options so that I can make the best decision for myself.
