This is a great shop and I highly recommend trying Belove. The place is more than the sum of its parts and that makes it five stars. The service is wonderful and obviously family as the welcome we received felt like my mom welcoming me home when I go visit. (Minus the hugs and kisses). The decor is warm and friendly, although not overly comfortable with the main exception being the wicker chair. It is attractive and clean and I am not looking for a lounge when I get ice cream. The ice cream is good. The best I could come up with is the ice cream is equivalent to really good soft serve or very soft Gelato. They use a nitrogen method to make the ice cream. Critical is the fact that unlike most nitrogen ice cream I have taste, this has good flavor. Not overpowering or complicated and this leads to the heart of the matter. They do not have tons of flavors available. Five when I was there. Instead they serve everything in a waffle cone or cup and essentially offer five different sundaes. Of course you can make your own or just have it plain...if you're that kind of person. :-). Basically they concentrate on doing a few things really well. And in case I didn't make my point, they got five stars even though they didn't offer a chocolate ice cream. (No Nutella doesn't count). In summary, if you are in need of a little love, BeLove. They live up to their name by offering it up in waffle...

I love family operated businesses like this! You can tell they're a hardworking family and pour all their love into making their desserts and business! Unless you have a huge sweet tooth most desserts are big enough to be shareable. They have 5 or 6 liquid nitrogen ice cream flavors. Pricing is very reasonable for the size of the desserts. The milkshake in my photo is like $10. Id rather come here after dinner for dessert than get a basic vanilla ice cream or brownie at a restaurant for twice the price.

I was lucky enough to attend a tasting of the new brunch menu (yummy savory crepes) while trying some of their dessert items. They took the time to learn each of our names and added them and our instagram handles in chocolate as part of our desserts. I loved them so much I came back a few days late with my family to try additional menu items. I enjoyed the atmosphere and will be coming back for more! I was told they can make some stuff that's not on the menu and I'd love try the Nutella and cheese crepe a friend recommended. Sounds strange but Delicious-...
