We order here often. But today the customer service was sub par, I feel like I have to write a review and will not be coming back. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area. In short, we ordered a pizza and a Caesar Salad with chicken. Got home and the Caesar salad did not have dressing. I totally get it. It happens. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and know this happens. Have to say though, a Caesar salad without dressing is literally just romaine lettuce and croutons. Maybe $0.20 in cost, plus the cost of the chicken. But the salad we ordered cost $16.99. Typically, like 10/10 times, when you call in with a missed order the restaurant will either A) run out the missing piece, or B) give you a refund. When I called in to say I did not get the complete order I was told that no one could run it out. I get that. You are busy. But I was also refused a refund. I was told "we can not do refunds." Which I find difficult to believe a place like Pasquale's does not have the simple functionality to issue a refund. Who can't issue a refund? That is pretty strange. Any other place would have. The only thing they could do is have me come back to the restaurant (for a mistake they admittedly made), but I was already home a few miles away. I tried to speak to a manager, but was told there was no manager. I was put on hold, and when they got back I was offered a percentage off discount on my next order, however, they could not tell me for how much. I was literally told, "I do not know for how much. It might be 10%." I know this sounds stupid and petty. All this for a free side of salad dressing, but no one would eat Caesar salad without dressing, let alone order it, or pay for it. It is just a bowl of lettuce, and any restaurant would refund the order since it was their mistake and the profit margin on Caesar salad is so high, it would not have impacted the restaurant at all, and a 10% discount (if that is what it even would have been) would not be making up the loss. $1.70 off a $16.99 mistake?...

Because we waited 30 minutes on average for each chicken cesar salad we ordered. This is not acceptable. It's important for me to mention they do serve huge slices of pizza and tasty meatball parmesan subs. 😊 I really do my best not to write anything negative, but it was the third time this happened to us with the Cesar Salads. When you are excited to get something good to eat and then it has to be sent back just like the last time, it’s disappointing. The first time the chicken was dry, the romaine was dark green and giant sized and did not look healthy and the dressing was a bit on the heavy side. Seriously, I looked at both salads and the replacement was worst than the first. Did the salad maker get offended? From the looks of the second plate it sure looked that way. A healthy looking cesar salad should have light colored hearts/leaves, a light amount of dressing and moist juicy chicken that is not overly spicy. The first time we had the cesar salad with chicken it was perfect. The next 3 times the chicken was over cooked and dry and too spicy. The chicken tasted like it was sitting around at the wrong temp for too long and then cooked. As for everything else, I'm sure it won't be a problem. And if there is, they will take care of it. Even if they don’t get it right the second time, or in my case 3rd… Will I go back? Absolutely. Will I order the chicken cesar salad? Absolutely not. 😊

Read moreI had a pick up order. I walked in and I asked a couple what they were waiting on and they said their pick up order. So i stood behind them. After they get their food I move up in the line. Two young men walk in and they asked for a cup of water and their pickup order I don’t believe it was intentional that they skipped. The cashier girl looks at me and then assists them. Even though the cashier saw me she assisted them first. Then when she handed them an order she asked me and I waiting for something. I said yes my pick up order She proceeds to say next time come to the register because I can’t guess what you’re waiting up there for. I looked at her and said I was waiting behind them because they had a pick up. That’s why I was there and you saw me. And she says well they were waiting for their food. And I said so was I. What you can do is not talk to me crazy because I am a customer. Then she says okay and the gentleman making a pizza behind her apologized. Her attitude was rude and disgusting. Maybe she was having a bad day but you don’t ever disrespect a customer or talk to them like you have no etiquette or training. Because I bet she does not talk to everyone like that. It was rude and disrespectful. If that’s the people this company wants to represent their company to a first and last time customer be my guest.
